Ordered a "chicken snack pack"
Comes with a ranch dressing.
Chips were delicious. Chicken was fine, shredded from a roast.
Was served with 3-4 times the amount of ranch than I would have expected. Absolutely swimming in it. Don't get me wrong - it was a good quality ranch sauce - but the amount put on there was WAY too much.
The young guy serving seemed like an arrogant vegan hipster; not rude, but not very personable or pleasant.

Quality of chicken nuggets today was poor. Overcooked and didn't taste very good. They were dry and difficult to eat. Chicken in chicken fillets burgers has gotten too small. Used to be good feed but the newer owners that took over from the old couple are starting to slip on quality and quantity. Shop also not as clean as it used to be. I would rather pay more and get a decent chicken fillet. Disappointed that one of my regular places to grab a bite for lunch has dropped it's standards.

Extremely disappointed with the quality the food & service. I've ordered & paid for Half Chicken & Chips but got a Quartee Chicken & chips instead. The wing dings, pineapple fritters & potato cakes were cooked too death.

When fresh the food is nice, and they do make the best home made style nuggets in town.sadly when delivered the burgers tend to lose their heat and get a little soggy.

Get home had a bite and stone cold gravy and chicken talk about yuck as anything not nice tbh maybe don't let a new guy do the cooking/making of food with out someone present

Ordered on menu log, meal was cold, steak sanga has a grisly minute steak in it, extra bacon = 1 piece of bacon on the entire sanga. Won't go back meal was dreadful.

Editing review: my wife and I had an issue with our meal, afterwards the owners went to great lengths to contact us to fix the issue and rectify it with us afterwards. Which was much appreciated by the both of us.

Where do I start, bones in the hsp chicken! Chips undercooked and hard, potato cakes with undercooked potatos also hard! Asked for gravy on the chips and got nothing! And delivery was 40 minutes late, pretty dissapointed

Love this place its my go to for food staff are so friendly the hsp is a bomb its sooooooo good and the cheese and bacon potato cake are amazing I would highly recommend the hsp the home made nuggets and the blue heaven milkshake keep up the amazing work chicken land staff

The staff were very welcoming and friendly on my visit last Friday. It was actually the first time I had been here so they were helpful telling me about the food and family meals. We ended up getting the $20 family meal, which included 1 roast chicken, gravy, large chips and 1.25lt soft drink. Yum will return!

STAY AWAY! Went in and order our food and besides the staff all have issues between them and lack of communication which lead to having to wait longer for a snizel burger the guy using his bare hands for wiping something with a dirty cloth and what no then picked up my chicken snizel to cook with the same hands followed by the girl behind the counter playing with her lips and mouth with her hands made my burger with the same hand and wrapped it up, gravy on the chips was nearly white and looked really old aswell. We walked out the door dropped it in the street bin and went else were.
