Bairnsdale Archery, Mini Golf and Games Park

Visited today with my wife and kid.
Staff was rude and was kind of bossy around. Gave me and my family a very unpleasant feeling.
Go kart is very slow and a very short track.
Quite expensive and with pretty old equipments. Definitely not worth visiting this place.

Family of four, with two young adults. We did archery, combat archery, lazer tag and VR. All fun. All the staff were friendly. Great fun and lots of laughs.

One of the male crew members was so rude.he doesn’t know how to treat with customer.will not recommend to anyone

Not as good as made out to be. Wouldn't visit again. Needs a bit if a upgrade/maintaince. No one else there when we visited

Activities are close together which meant we could shoot at the archery range while the young ones went on the bouncing pillow on clear view.

Didn't have to wait and basically had run on the park on a Saturday afternoon. Pool needed a little cleaning when we were there but was serviceable.

Great fun morning. Lovely happy friendly staff. Big improvements since we last visited a few years ago.

Laser tag was good wasn't long enough for a group of kids and teenagers considering the drive to get there, they had a ball.
I do wish they do a time limit of 30 to 40 mins rather than lives.

There wasn't really much to do for children 11 and older. Again laser tag was a hit

Took the kids and they had an absolute ball. The staff are friendly and accomodating and a fun time was had by everyone.

On the way back to Melbourne, we decided to spend few hours in the park.very well maintained, and clean place.on the morning of a weekday it was quiet and very relaxing.a wide range of activity for all age group with different taste.my husband and my daughter were doing Archery, laser tag and virtual activity.my little one did the jumping castle, train and the sand and playground were free.toilets are available there and it was very clean.we didn't have time to do mini golf.

The activities were affordable and very fun.
Staff were very accommodating to us, the food was basic but filled our bellies enough.
We had a blast

Nice place for the elder kids. Only few play things for kids under 6 years old. My elder one enjoyed his go karting ride and younger one the train ride and jamping castle. We loved the laser tag super fun. Suitable for who enjoys archeiry.
We can spend a whole day even adults if our kids permit us.

I would give them zero start if I could!
They just ruined our Easter Day by their rude service. My partner played Archery, the lady was giving the service with a unbelievable manner said to me that we will be sent out from the park if I touch the archer of my partner! I was shocked why would I do it and why they tell this in a rudest way!
It was not the end of their nice service either!
When I spoke up that you don’t need to be this much harsh she said people don’t understand and we need to be like this! “GO AND NEVER BACK” we were told.

Need to spend a whole day here to properly try out all the activities on offer. Great fun and staff are friendly and helpful. Go out there and give it a go:)

Took Mr 4 here today. Jordan was short-staffed and she still gave us personal attention while also managing a school group and Christmas tree sales. The go karts are set up to be really easy to operate, so Mr 4 had a ball. The mini golf course is a little bit tired and old, but Jordan's amazing customer service more than made up for it. A great, reasonably priced, fun day for kids.

I was a little skeptical on arrival, but we had the best time! Great staff, well set up activities- hours of entertainment! Loved it! Trying to figure out how we can get a bid group of friends up from melbourne.

Had a great day here with family. Did feel a bit expensive initially, but had great fun. Did activities like bungee jumping, archery, mini golf, VR games.

Visited here today (Sunday) and there wasn’t that much people. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 13). We got the basic package which includes unlimited archery, mini golf and skittles/ footpool/ checkers plus one activity of our liking which costs $130 ($20 deposit for the arrows upon return). We added the laser tag (10 lives) and paid on top $48. To be honest, we rate this place 3 stars because this place needs upgrade for both their activity equipments and management. Don’t get me wrong, staffs are wonderful. They were so friendly and accommodating. However, customer will need to go back in forth in the reception to transition from one activity to another. They were only 3 staffs for such huge park. I just feel for the staff if it’s too busy. Added to that, activity equipments are old and some are rusty. Go kart is definitely for kids under 8 yrs old only - it’s small, my little boy (8 y.o) JUST fits on it - he did have fun though. Archery is a must. We had our first archery lesson with a young male staff who was friendly and patient (thank you, we enjoyed it so much). Their LASER TAG is the best! Don’t miss it! They have a huge ground to run and hide. We had a blast! They have average mini golf (it’s not the best that we tried but definitely not the worst). We recommend this place for family with so much energy for fun. Don’t fret, ample free parking, there’s covered tables and benches too. We will definitely come back again and hope by then upgrades are done.

Definitely a place suited to families with kids under the age of 12. We have a great afternoon doing crazy golf, archery, driving range and virtual reality with two teenagers. Good value fun.

What a great place had plenty of fun with the family great service Prices are well affordable good was nice n luved the bullnose ring game such a simple thing but was very frustrating definitely a must and a thanks for the woman owner sorry forgotten her name when we were there she was by herself at the time and quite busy top job on our day and a special mention on the lawn very nice

Nothing was manned and had to walk back to the office every time we wanted to change activities, when I suggested the use of walkie talkies for a better customer service experience I was basically told no people just have to come and tell us.
