Was looking to buy a watch as a gift - could not have had a better experience! Josh (the Manager I think), was incredibly helpful and patient. He explained everything I need to know, and made it easy for me to make a decision. Thanks heaps!
Wetsuit warranty not the same as if you purchase from your local surf shop. Don't get caught out like my daughter did and wear a suit for 5 months have 9 seams delaminate and send it back within a year of purchase only to be informed by Ripcurl customer service that we'd need to pay nearly as much as a new suit to have the faulty suit repaired.
Jordan upstairs in the wetsuit section is the man to see to help you out. He’s friendly, knowlegable and knows how to treat customers. He should be training sales staff on customer service skills. Highly recommended to get a great wetsuit at a great price.thanks
I dropped my watch in on a Saturday for battery replacement. Was told 1-2 days and they would call. I rang Wednesday and they haven't even taken my watch to the watch repair section yet.it was forgotten. Next time I'll take it somewhere else.
