I just wanted to say a big thanks to Chris for coming out to my son's birthday on short notice last weekend we have used you guys in the past for the last couple of years and have always been helpful and professional every time from the first phone call we hired the new module 5 in 1 combo was differently a hit my son and his friends they are still talking about it we will be differently be looking at rebooking for next year take care mate cheers James.

Hey guys just wanted to let you all know we had an amazing event for a high school in Lakes Entrance. It was amazing that you travelled so far to help celebrate the end of a year for the students. All staff were very friendly and helpful and It was easy to see the teachers had just as much fun. Our organisation gippsland youth can't wait for the next big event see you soon

In response to the reply below - basically calling me a liar and that I have the “wrong company” - I clearly don’t! The booking wasn’t under my name but I still had to deal with this ridiculous company / service. I’ve never been so mind blown by such bad service before!? Stay clear people!

Hi, Chris thank you so much for coming to our school event last Friday; we hired the adult Superdome and 20ft dual lane slide; both inflatables were awesome fun! You and your staff were absolutely fantastic with our kids and had a great day, and you made the booking with you so easy and stress-free Thanks again, now? What to book for next year.

Very good quality, kids enjoyed it so much and cool designs too, glad we hired this for our corporate event!

Fantastic service, very professional and very helpful with helping me out with my event after another company cancelled on me due to having no insurance.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
We made a booking and paid a deposit for a jumping castle to be delivered for a kids birthday party. On the day, the company did not turn up and when they eventually returned our numerous calls made to them, they claimed that they don’t service our area; despite their website stating that they do and were happy to accept our booking and take a deposit. They claimed they have no trace of the deposit but we have proof and will be forwarding evidence to them. The part that upset us the most was that there was no apology made…just excuses. They claimed they don’t service our area for private events…well, why doesn’t their website state that and WHY were they happy to accept the booking? Completely shattered an excited little kid at their birthday party. Extremely disappointed with this company and in particular with their customer service. Their website is impressive but maybe stick with a more reliable company as there seems to be a few similar reviews to mine.

I'm giving 1 star as I had a jumping castle booked for my Daughter's 3rd birthday party. I booked 2 months before the party over the phone to be organised. I didn't get a confirmation email or a receipt for my deposit, but didn't think much of it at the time. The day before the party I thought to ring as I had a feeling they forgot or weren't going to show up. I spoke to Chris and he couldn't confirm my job as he was driving but said they will be there, the response didn't feel right. Then the next morning I got a phone call from Chris saying, the jumping castle wasn't coming as his workers weren't coming into work. I wasn't happy as that was our entertainment for the party and didn't want to tell my excited Daughter the bad news. Thankfully I found another company that came at 1pm and dropped off a jumping castle and we had it for the long weekend. An apology would have been nice when I had to email to follow up for my deposit.

Hi Guys just a belated review for new years thanks so much for coming out our new years party was a hit! The tiki falls waterslide and Slushie machine worked a treat. I'm not sure what to hire for next year but I'm thinking ill go with water based inflatable again the waterslide was so much, I can't believe I walked inside and came out 15 minutes later and the waterslide was installed, your service was fantastic I've given some of my friends your contact details see you next year cheers David.

Thanks again guys for coming to my daughters 21st yesterday the bucking bull was a hit! I'm glad I booked baileys, you made the booking process so easy, for a busy mum like my self and have to make phone calls during work hours to book something was a breeze we will definitely see you next year thank you Sarah.

One star is too much unfortunately. Our jumping castle was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. Rang them and basically dismissed me. My husband and I spent over an hour cleaning it before our guests arrived. It was sticky and a complete embarrassment how they could set it up in that state. Was told they clean them every 7 days. Clearly they to do not check them before the next drop off. Not even a thank you for cleaning it for them, clearly LAZY. Not the best customer service by far.

Baileys events & amusements saved my kids birthday parties. After being let down the morning of our event by another local company. I phoned Baileys events and amusements and within 2hrs they had arranged for a jumping castle with bollards and a side to be delivered to our event.
They were fantastic to be able to help us on such short notice.
In the end it was a very successful party.

BEWARE! We have used this business numerous times for our birthday parties and have always been pleased with the service.until now.
We had a jumping castle booked for our daughters 2nd birthday, and it never arrived! I was frantically calling them all morning and not one phone call was returned. It wasnt until late afternoon i received a text message. Later that night i text them back and it wasnt until then that i received a phone call.
I was advised that they had been working at a fete, and a staff member was supposed to deliver my castle (along with 5 others) however his car broke down on the way to work. The owners were quick to pass all the blame to the staff member, however when i mentioned all of the countless phone calls i had made through the day wondering what was happening i was told "it would be unprofessional to answer the phone whilst at a fete"
I had one very sad little girl at her birthday party, as well as dissapointed guests.
Im so upset about this as i have used this company before and recommended them to all of my friends snd family. And to be honest they didnt seem to care at all. There was no offer of perhaps a castle on a different date or even a discounted rate. All they cared about was passing the blame. In my opinion the staff member is not to blame, he also should have been able to contact his employers. Sadly i wont ever be using this business again and i would strongly urge others to reconsider aswell.
