Lots of products, with reasonable pricing (there was a sale) staff were courteous & knowledgeable!

I tried a well known chain store and a department store before I found a great suitcase at this outlet. They have the biggest range, the cheapest prices & the staff were very helpful.

Had a roll-a-board suitcase with a lock we thought was broken. Jen provide service above and beyond. Very impressed with her knowledge and action fixing the lock. Highly recommend.

The sales attendant was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the products and stayed after closing time to help us make our choice of suitcase. The store also has very good prices. I highly recommend this shop.

Not very good at customer service.how long does one have to walk around the store before being offered help? Must be longer than 8 minutes!
