From the first phone call I made I was impressed. Nicola understood immediately exactly what I wanted when I described my bag to her. (A friend loves my bag and wanted one). When I called in at the store later on, she immediately reached for the bag and it turned out to be exactly the same bag as my own. Icing on cake - it was half price. Wouldn't go anywhere else for travel goods. The staff are super friendly and have great experience and knowledge. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the products is exceptional.
