Bags Only

Good range of well priced luggage. Went to the store on a Monday night looking for a new suitcase but even though I was the only customer in the store, the sales assistant didn't even look up when we walked in let alone say hello. Spent about 20 mins looking at various suitcase options but the sales assistant never even asked if I needed help. I had the same experience last time I went there so not sure if its company policy not to offer assistance but isn't that what sales assistants are supposed to do?

I walked into Bags Only at Southland on Thursday 14th of July, (yesterday) after lunch. I saw 2 blonde ladies in the shop 1 young tall lady was at the back and there was a tall "aged face" blonde short haired lady, near the door, that was so overly excited, which was so fake, (seriously) her greeting made me feel very uncomfortable, such a shame I was after quite a few suitcases. What has happened to natural and genuine greetings, they go a very long way and mean so much more! I will never ever enter your store again, and you lost a considerable sale.

Got served by Theresa today. Must be the manager as she really helped us out immensely. We needed some luggage for some trips we were making. She showed us a few examples and explained the differences between them. Really helped us a lot. Five stars

Shocking customer service experience at Moorabbin DFO by Theresa on two occasions. Dropping off a suitcase to be repaired under warranty and then following up on repair 3 weeks later. I just tried to contact store by phone and it rang out twice. Very unsettling!

Family friendly store, excellent customer service and professional. A very big thank you to Narelle for going the extra mile in taking care of me Saturday past; sincerely appreciated. I will always consider Bags Only for my luggage and bag purchasing. Thank you again to Narelle.

Wonderful variety of bags- came in today to buy a bag unfortunately after purchase the lock was faulty. The lady was very helpful and apologetic and I’m glad she showed me the lock and how it works to begin with! The prices were excellent. $106 for a large suitcase 4.2 kilos- was a bargain!

Had the worst customer service experience at their Moorabbin store. The store assistant was extremely arrogant, wonder how they have someone with such a bad attitude employed at their store

They exchanged a faulty item without any hassle. Good prices and a better selection compared to other bag shops.

So. I went to this store only to find to my immense disappointment they sell umbrellas!
The store is called “bags only”. This is a store of LIES!

Very nice shop a variety to choose from, but it is a shame the customer service skills adopted by the owner/manager are less than desirable.
