Badminton & Table Tennis Connect

Toooo Expensive, Have no idea why are they charging so much and the Courts are always in such a Filthy condition, broken water cooler, no tissues in the bathroom, no time slots even you wanted to book for next 3 months. I dont believe that they are providing decent facilities to the community of Wyndham City Council.

I have started another Badminton court which is always available as they dont allow to make them advance bookings for next 6 months as BTC. I think BTC is more focused on Making Money than providing better customer service.

Eagle stadium and Albert park or even Altona is way way way better than BTC.

This place is perfect for badminton. Nice floors and clearly marked courts exclusive to badminton.

The facility is clean, well lit and well maintained overall. However intermediate and advanced players will definitely notice that this place has a huge problem with shuttle drift due to bad ventilation. The shuttle drifts here very unpredictably compared to any other court I've played on and this ruins the experience as your shots are not consistent and intermediate and higher players will definitely be frustrated by this.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a staff member at the BTTC badminton centre named John, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with his humble and down-to-earth nature. He went above and beyond to help me with my lost shoes and racket, showing genuine concern and empathy.

But it wasn't until yesterday that I truly saw John's true character shine through. A customer was injured, and John immediately sprang into action, treating the person as if they were a family member. He literally held the injured person's leg and provided comfort and support until medical assistance arrived.

When I asked John if I could help in any way, he simply replied, "Just treat me like family. " His kindness and compassion left a lasting impression on me, and I knew that I had to share my experience.

Out of the 5 stars I would give this place, 3 belong to John. He is an exceptional staff member and an asset to the BTTC badminton centre. Despite his many acts of kindness, John remains humble and never seeks recognition.

Overall, the BTTC badminton centre is an amazing place, but with staff like John, it truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great badminton experience, and I hope that John continues to inspire and touch the lives of everyone he meets.

Except for air circulation inside, which is an issue at all similar venues, everything is 5 star

Customer service brings down the star average since theres only one good person who rarely comes in now.the rest of the staff is rude but overall the courts r really good

Over all a good facility, but very hard to find a booking slot.the membership doesnt have much benefit either in getting the court bookings

Staff need to sort out there booking methods. Booked in over the phone and when i got there the guy was like oh i didnt actually book you in. Really disappointed

Really bad customer service. I booked the court on the phone and came from geelong just for them to tell me that they didn’t actually book us in. Don’t recommend this place.

Poor management skills. If you can’t allocate the court to regular members, why did you accept the payment in advance. Should respect peoples time. Just because you guys are busy, it’s not fair to show don’t care attitude. This is not the first time that they have cancelled our regular booking that too after we prepaid them

System has some problems it’s overbooking, the staff drove us away. Even though we showed the confirmed email, the said it’s system error we have to move.

The staff is greats and understanding. The website is very easy to understand and book. The facility is also perfect to play in.

Great place to play badminton or table tennis. The best flooring you can get, great for knees.
National team players of India teaching table tennis, the best anyone can get. Great for social hit too. Try it out guys.

Had a great time playing TT. Members are friendly and there is always someone willing to play when I am free to play a game. A great Badminton and table tennis centre with excellent coaching and members to play with.
Looking forward to playing lot more games soon.

Booking a court online is simply effortless. Just choose the time slot and pay online. Good use of technology

I feel coaches who teach here are really money minded and don't give any importance to kid or his capability. We had bad experience as when we turned up, coach (Vee vian) and her assistant never even looked at my kid and said one need to pay and then comw here. I said I can pay now, she just shrugged us with bad behaviour and said just watch here.

Imagine a kid emotional state who come to one facility thinking I would get good coach and we get such behaviour. She was literally in tears who couldn't even know what was her mistake. Really sad to know that this happen in Australia.

We feel Altona badminton club is better than this place.

Had a good game, but courts are bit congested. In a single row 6 courts are placed with 1 feet gap between each courts.
That's quite congested.

The centre is well maintained. Never seen an issue with litter. It's normally fairly busy, with peak times being all booked. Has online booking system which is convenient. The badminton ship is decent and carries everything you need at normal prices. Courts are quite good with good lighting. I rarely get blinded by the lights when playing. Toilets are normally clean and includes showers too
Staff normally friendly enough. The hall could benefit from better aircon system as it gets very humid on hot days. There are also no socials organised here as it's already so busy that the owners don't need to organise socials.
