I BOUGHT YESTERDAY SLIM FIT CUFFED CHINO WORK PANTS. NOW THEY MAKE VERY SMALL POCKETS. I USED SAME PANTS FROM LAST TWO YEARS BUT NOW I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED
Went in about 11 am 14 June. Only one staff on. Even though the store was clean and tidy, She still kept herself busy stocking and acknowledging every customer who walked through and asked if any help was needed. Great customer service.
Every other time i walk in this store, staff are standing around not doing their jobs.
Felt good actually getting some service.
The ladies were nice enough but quite slow and the girl doing the transaction was chewing gum really loudly it was gross

Amazing customer service! I was given my correct size in boots and had help choosing the best fit.
Bought safety boots lasted 3 months and ripped from the stitches. Made a claim and they gave me a second pair. Lasted 2 months and again ripped from another location and from the stitches. Complained and was told you only get one claim per shoe. What a joke
It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing any kind of footwear. My sales representative Sebastian was very knowledgeable of the products available. In addition to offering me options based on my needs, he also informed me of the comfort guarantees available for some of those options. The selection was wide and I was satisfied with my purchase.
