Bad Workwear Highpoint

The business itself is pretty poor. Had a pair of jeans rip after only wearing a few times at work and they have repeatedly ignored my communications trying to get the issue fixed over months! Don't bother with them, really poor experience

Pants here faded in 2 weeks and the girls attempts to flirt to get me to buy things were off putting.

The staff at Werribee were helpful and informative. We purchased a number of items and have found their products, particularly their Bamboo Premium Work Socks, to be of high quality & wash well. Will be purchasing again in due course.

I have never had a better customer service representative than Adam. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. During the sale, he attended to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable with what I was buying. The process went smoothly and I had a great experience. In my opinion, they are professional and they make sure you not only get the best but also save money.

I bought some work shorts off them, and they have exceeded expectations! As a tradesman of over 15 years, I can tell these guys have really done their research, especially when it comes to comfort, durability and no belt requirement. I have already ordered more shorts straight away. 5 stars!

Do not stock any women's boots. You have to order a pair sight unseen and untried and hope they fit.
Poor customer experience

Ordered boots for me, prompt service and held them for over a week until I could get into the store to try them! Totally recommend them!

Poor Quality Don't Buy. Bought a pair of pants but color fade at front upper side in few months, went to the store and send email with recipe and picture for replace the item but they said i m out side of warranty time, means i was just 7 days late. I told them color fade over last 3 months not in this 7 days i was late. They didn't get back to me anymore! I just waste my $118 + $ alterations.

I bought hurricane shoes, they fit well and light but strong for work. Very happy with the purchase, totally recommend.

Very helpful staff member who knew her stuff! Found the perfect boots after 4 hours of fruitless shopping elsewhere. Will definitely be back for future purchases.
