Bad Workwear Eastland

Love my work boots! Most comfortable I've had yet and I get lots of people asking me where I got them!

Pants run a bit small in the wrong places but other than that they are ok. They refuse to produce a paper receipt and only accept emails for receipts and then they sign you up to their spam list without asking so now I get about 3 emails a day begging me to buy more pants. Pretty lame.

Blonde lady with mask at ringwood needs to fix her customer service. I'd be worried if i was the store owner. Zero acknowledgement, no helpful advice or hello. Absolutely atrocious behaviour and I was the only one in the store. Walked into macpac nearby was greeted with a warm hello and offering assistance.

Bought a new pair of boot for work. (Excavator operator) lasted no more than 2-3 months. Not covered under there 6 month warranty,
apparently they stated it was “clear evidence of wear and tear” and not damage due too a manufacturing fault.well sorry if walking in your boots causes the air sack to pop and decay than u clearly have a manufacturing fault!

Customer service was horrible - people are tripping over each other and there is a ridiculously placed footstep, and only place, to try boots on.

When I asked for a receipt they force you to supply an email address which in a world of Optus type hacks is insipid.

Now I'm forever getting junk mail when I'm trying to forget how Bad they are.

Worse material, pants got a hole in them after 1 wear, they stopped replying to my emails and won't give me a refund or exchange with warranty
I wore them once! Never buying again

She found what I needed quickly over the phone and she had them ready to go for me when I walked in and saved me from having wet feet the next day

A+ to the customer service when I went into the Eastland store today! I’m all set for Melbourne winter?

The staff were extremely friendly and more than helpful while I was in the store. Even though it was quite busy at the time, they made sure that everyone was being looked after.
Their workwear is well priced and very comfortable with some great features I've never seen elsewhere and it's all designed here in Melbourne by this Australian company.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of their workwear in the future!
In fact, I'll be back to visit them soon to grab a few more items.

Bad workwear Eastland has an extensive selection of apparel and PPE, staff are friendly and helpful. My work pants have lasted longer than any other brand against heat/abrasive damage, would definitely reccomend the brand over other retailers

Hideously rude and inflexible outlet. My son had some clothing bought for him that was clearly the wrong size and a receipt had been misplaced by the giver of the present. Didn’t want our money back - just an exchange but they hid behind the policy of “provide us the receipt or we are not interested in helping you”. Guaranteed we’ll never darken their door again for any future clothing needs. Good riddance to you.

Note: You can buy things from here but you can't return them here. As the staff aren't "trained" to have things returned to them due to defect or quality issue, they can't process your replacement or refund. I wasted my time trying to reach there and find a solution.
