I was very impressed with the work ethic of Kyna who served me on Saturday 25th November. She was able to bring me the several styles of boots that I was wanting to try on but at the same time served several other customers in a very efficient and professional manner. I also am very happy with the boots I finally chose.

The store is always full to the brim with stock. This is the best workwear clothes I have ever worn. They even have a rewards program, I have already obtained free bamboo socks and work belt total value over $32 for free

I bought the elasticated cuff trousers, they fit perfect, lots of stretch, warm, I will be buying more as I work outside and in winter they will be perfect, thank you

Unfortunately the sales team/girls did not help to select the right product & extremely were lazy to answer to my questions about their products, the day I visited the store.

Recently bought my work pants and shorts from BAD workwear and the quality of the pants are excellent! I finally found a good workwear shop after a big search and I finally found the one!

Walked into the store to buy work boots, employee behind the counter did not acknowledge us. Did not come over to ask if we needed assistance we were the only ones in the store. We were going to purchase several items but decided to walkout and buy somewhere else that would offer customer service. Just not good enough. 12th July

I went in to look for a hoodie. Customer service was quite aggressive. I was told to look at clothes on racks and not to touch clothes on the shelves. I was curious to see what would happen if I looked at a hoodie on the shelf so I tried one on and was confronted by the store person who appeared agitated and she began to harass me about not touching anything on the shelf. I was quite taken back and decided the safest approach would be to leave and come back another day when she wasn’t working. For a brief moment I knew how Julia Roberts felt in Pretty Woman. I just never expected to feel this way in a workwear store.

Honestly a joke, bought boots here 10 months ago, the girl working there was on her phone talking about making plans asking me to wait another minute, after standing around like a muppet for 10 minutes she finally helped me, found the size of the boots I was after, took her 20 minutes to find them, I finally got them.
I only noticed after getting home that the boots were different styles, only slight differences so I made due, but still annoying.
The boots were terrible quality breaking after general wear n tear over only a period of 6 months.
Dont shop from 'BAD' this place is a joke

I have purchase a pair of work boots on th 30th June, at this point I still don't have the boots. I was calling every week for an update (something that they didn't bother to do it to give me the status of the order.) to be told that the boots were coming in one week, and another and another.simply a lie because they didn't come at all so I headed to the shop to get a refund. The miss that was there working didn't even look at the status of my order and I did say many things she didn't like to hear.she told me " oh you've been so rude to me, you shouldn't because it wasn't me that sold you the boots! " Really? So who is the image of the store at that moment? What do you want me to say? That I am happy? She was stupid and unhelpful and is not the first time that I have a not so good service from the girls from that store.yep because they are only girls that don't know what is good customer service! BAD Fountain Gate, please hire capable staff!
