Great product, the customer service at Taylor's lake was terrible unhelpful unfriendly and was chatting at the counter while we were standing their.
If your unhappy with your job give it to someone who wants one.
Going to airport West to get some more gear, staying clear of Taylor's lakes.

Good quality clothing and great customer service but they do not issues paper invoices, they email it to you. Even after requesting at purchase not to receive any other emails.bam, you start getting spam and need to unsubscribe.

Happy with the everything. From the moment i walked in there was someone to greet me and send me in the right direction. The products on sale are also the best i have bought in a long time. Will definitely be back.

Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect from the girl who was working today. Not only did she not serve anyone the first time she was having a social chit chat laughing and ignoring people who walked in. So I thought I’d try a second time as perhaps she was taking a work call. She ignored not only me but another person too. I asked her about what sizes they carry and she was nothing but rude and disrespectful. Could not even be bothered to show me where the larger sizes were.

Quick service and friendly customer service. Nice socks and boots. Only issue was that we'd put an item on hold WSP 40 boots (the Werribee store called them and put it on hold for us), but it wasn't there. So we had got the last pair off the rack instead. And then for the receipt the lady asked for my phone number and I gave it to her but the receipt is yet to come through? Also to redeem the review the place and get a free pair of socks, the sales lady looked a bit lost (?) I guess with it ~ probably new?

Unreasonable policies reallly ridiculous, the lady on today and the manager we're not helpful very annoyed and frustrated! These clothes are made for tradies what a joke very tight fitted not stretchy!

Bad service, very RUDE employee, not good for the business.

Today Jan. 16,2021 @ 11: 40AM, I went to your Watergardens store to do some exchange and your saleslady was so rude, I was waiting for 10mins in front of her in the cashier, she was on her phone talking to someone. I was calling my husband to ask for the size of the replacement the saleslady came to me and in a bag she put the replacement that I haven't finalize the size yet, but when she handed the bag she was too near me, I put my hand with as sigh of "wait" coz I'm still talking to my husband, and she said not to put my hand like that in her face, also my mask fell down and about to put but she told me straight away to put back my mask because I'm spreading my virus.
What a kind of employee. Your company was good but just a piece of advise put an appropriate employee to have a better understanding with customer service.

I have been a customer for several years have purchased thousands of dollars of goods.
Last week l purchased 2 pairs of work pants in store as l don't shop online
However 1 pair had stiching missing, so l go back to the store for them to replace it for me and was told l have to email them about my faulty item.excuse me where is your quality control obviously you don't have any.
If they were stiched l wouldn't of come back with a complaint.

Apparently it’s okay for BAD to sell clothes with holes in it and not allow an exchange. Oh and apparently the women working at the watergardens store is not allowed to give you her “name” or head offices number over the phone (according to there policies). I truly hope other people working in retail check this review, as I think this will make you all have a laugh.
Just like I am laughing and head office when I told them what this women said. Anyway, I’m laughing at stupidity but I am also very frustrated.

Friendly staff as always been a regular visitor and always great quality work wear! Would highly recommend

Visited Watergardens store yesterday 4th Feb 2018. Excellent customer service by the staff present there. She was very helpful in locating what I wanted and was very polite and cheerful.
