Bad Workwear

The business itself is pretty poor. Had a pair of jeans rip after only wearing a few times at work and they have repeatedly ignored my communications trying to get the issue fixed over months! Don't bother with them, really poor customer experience.

Came to get some clothes for work about a week ago and had to give a review for the worker named selin, she was really helpful in all aspects and very patient with me while helping me pick everything out. Overall amazing service and made me feel really comfortable and welcome.

Wastage of $99
Very slippery, leaving feet extremely soar even my legs tiered after wearing them.
Did complain online for being slippery as they shouldn’t be slippery as work wear but didn’t hear anything.
First and last purchase.not recommended at all.

Terrible service rude employee never shopping here ever again I came here to buy some work pants at 3: 50 and the lady that was working was being extremely rude an trying to rush customer service. I would give this place a 1 star but we got another nice and kind lady to help us.would not recommend this place as for the workers are very impatient.

Really poor customer service from Epping, the girl was super rude to us, and then they (another staff) we're laughing together like teenagers. We just left because we never felt so uncomfortable before.

Thank you for the help in picking my new work boots:) they are so nice and comfortable, I will have to go back and buy a 2nd pair. To the girl that helped me thank you so much. I would recommend this place if your looking for work sites clothing and workboots.

The worse customer service ever! The girls that work there never say even welcome or if they can help or anything.

Washed my "waterproof" jumper twice, on a cold wash, by itself and with a little detergent - as directed.and it's already lost its waterproof qualities. Was really hopeful to find a decent jumper being a tradie but will keep looking. Messages the team but got a "nothing we could do" response and I guess that's that. Don't buy, doesn't work.

I came in with my partner and we looked at pants on the wall, the staff member came over and told us that all the stuff on the wall is on the racks, so we went and looked on the racks, found something we wanted but didn’t have the size we were looking for, so we went back to the wall to find the right size and she came over and and told us the same thing again, I told her it didn’t have the right size on the rack and she said “well just ask me”, she comes across as rude, I had asked her a question about a product earlier and she was rude then as well. This made us just walk out of the store and not buy anything. Won’t be back.

I just recently bought the bad flight boots and they are the most comfiest boots I’ve worked with standing on them for hours doesn’t leave your feet aching like most other boots and they’re at a really good price definitely worth it

The girl who works in epping store is very rude and i felt discriminated might be i m wrong but her behaviour towrds me was different then others in store

I bought 130 worth of jumbers and I want to exchange one of them for something without hoody and the worker there called Teugane she say that she can't exchange it coz it's over 1 week and told her no one told me that after 1 week I can't exchange she say come tmr someone eles will be here I told her to call the manager or someone and she did and the manager say can't exchange it coz without hoody is cheapper by$10 I say I can add more items she say no as it will be more work for her then I said take the $10 I'll buy it with the price for the other one then she say no im not sure what to say its $70 jumber that I won't wear coz they didn't tell me I can't exchange after 1 week first and last time I buy anything from this store
the brand is bad and the service u get worth the name

Few minutes after someone replied to this review and say to send him email to fix this issue and I did straight up but unfortunately he was showing of that they care BUT no one responded to the email that I sent and u c the email that he replay to my review. Is it how they solve there bad customer service

Well, I Bought hoody from Bad Epping - perfect fit, excellent customer service and support bad Brand….

Say there open 9am on a Saturday im here at 9: 36 still not open will never be bad and telling people to never come shop here

Went in with my Dad so he could buy a hi vis vest and the staff were super friendly and had a quick chat. Would have just been happy to stay and talk some more haha, Great store and products

Customer service is good but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill, the last 2 pairs of pants I brought were made of a stretch material and after a short amount of time stated to rip around the top of the back pockets on both pairs, I’d expect them to last longer for the price

I’m disappointed in how management treats there workers, I know multiple ex workers from here who have been treated unfairly and have been fired as unfair dismissal. Being fired because they were sick, being fired because they spoke up about being paid and plenty more than this. This company needs to be looked at.
