Bad Workwear

The business itself is pretty poor. Had a pair of jeans rip after only wearing a few times at work and they have repeatedly ignored my communications trying to get the issue fixed over months! Don't bother with them, really poor customer experience.

Purchased 4 pieces of work wear here, all good and satisfied with their customer service.good price & quality can afford it.

They asked for my email for the receipt, I clicked not to send any updates via email because I didn’t want to get flooded with promos yet I still am. Pathetic

Husband came to buy boots and pants for a new job - the lady working in store was super helpful, and patient with his hundred questions, haha. Much appreciated.

Our work shirts are usually ordered from the UK, but we weren't able to do that this time. Initially, I was hesitant to try someone new, but when I received the shirts from BAD, I was blown away by the quality of the shirts and the logos on the front and back.

Excellent customer service was provided throughout the process as well.

The worker who served me was an absolute stunner! Julie assisted my needs efficiently and was extremely approachable and kind.would definitely go again:)

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic, I’m not too good at remembering names so unfortunately I can’t give any shout outs.

The products here are good quality although a little pricey.

Overall extremely happy and will be going back for my workwear, also despite what another review said I was not offered any freebies for my review.

A large majority of these reviews are fake. I heard it first hand in-store that a 5 star review gives you a free pair of work socks.

The store and service are actually mediocre and extremely disingenuine.

Rude, nasty, unreasonable manager argued over a return that had already been done. She tried her hardest to force me to take back a returned item that had already been accepted at a different branch. A receipt of the return and a written store credit had already been provided. When I threatened to take her to the ACCC she finally agreed to abide by the law and provide the replacement item I was entitled to. She doesn't seem to care about consumer law or customer service. She also came across as amateurish, unprofessional, and a lightweight in the industry. Avoid this chain and stick with the professionals who value their customers.

Went in today to buy some work gear, very big thank you to the friendly staff member Brittany for being so helpful! Definitely will be a return customer.

I am a long time customer & today i was put off shopping there ever again. I asked the only person working there which was a young girl, what is the equivalent to superseded champions cargo work pants & she said she hasn’t got a clue & is only new to her job! I also told her they have double layers of fabric on the knees & she looked at me strangely & had no answer. You really need to train your staff if you want to keep customers!

I came in to the store not knowing what I needed for work but the young lady, Teagan helped me and got me exactly what I needed. Outstanding customer service. Will gladly come back. Very happy

The staff member that was on Saturday 15/12 didn’t want to serve me just stayed talking on the phone to another store didn’t even acknowledge me will never shop there again never been tread that bad

I'm that guy that is either painting, concreting, labouring or simply perfecting my gardening and without fail for comfort, weather conditions and style I have found what I need at this place it is by far my favorite go to shop for several years now. A repeat customer? More like ahhhhhh a life member lol
