8 The ice cream l brought could not have been any smaller and the iced coffee was very expensive for what it was
NOT going back
I try to support local businesses. This food was really aweful. The fish, well I don't have words. It wasn't edible, literally you couldn't bite it. The chips were good but never again. I also ordered a dimmy and it was nowhere to be found
Went and picked up food myself
was only around a 10 minute wait and food tasted great - especially the chips
Ordered pickup in Sorrento but order went through to Mt Martha. Sorrento shop said this has happened before. Contacted Mt Martha and they offered to deliver within 40 minutes. Took over an hour and order was cold. Ended up eating at 9.45 instead of the original 8.20 when we were due to pick up. Large order, over $150 so will never order from them again
We were very disappointed by our experience.
We ordered online (because the GIANT sign outside says to), after waiting 20 minutes we went in and asked where we go to pick up. The staff member then got very angry at us questioning us, saying “why would you order online when you could’ve come to the window and told me, I don’t have your order” we explained we just did what the sign said, he was so irritated with us. I was just stunned that he was being so rude and continued to chastise us for ordering online “this isn’t Covid! Why would you do that” when I told him there was no reason for him to be rude, he tells me “I’m not rude, I’m telling you what you should’ve done”
The burgers were not good. Waste of $30. Horrible service, extremely rude and disrespectful.
Ordered, called after an hr of waiting spoke to someone (owner?) Told me they would find out where my order was and call back, never received call but my order was promptly cancelled by them
Over priced, lazily made food. Not even cooked properly. A small handfull of chips for $10, do your self a favour and walk up the street a little further to get better value
