5The best Physio I've ever had. Certainly know how to help with pain and always professional.
The clinic is an exceptional physiotherapy facility that provides top-tier care and service to clients combined with outstanding knowledge and understanding of the body and the way it works. Neil has helped with back, neck & most recently a foot injury/issues! Neil is polite & listens to my concerns, and answers my many many questions! I highly recommend Neil & can’t thank him enough, if I could give him 6 stars I would!
Does not foster psychological safety. Neil was patronizing, and arrogant, which I could possibly overlook if the service was good, but I found these traits made him such that he wouldn't listen to me and my needs. I do not feel safe here.
Edit re: reply - If a person does not feel safe, why would they make their reviews account under their real name? Anywho, I feel better now that I have changed physio's. And I do not recommend Neil.
Been going here for over a year now for physio and Neil is amazing and has always fixed any problems I've had. Highly recommended
