This store continues to impress me. During the Covid lockdown, I needed to buy a new chair. One of the guys from Backcare and seating dandenong, drove to my house, and gave me a brand new therapod chair to trial for 1 week, to see how I would like it. Turns out the chair is so good, and much better than my original therapod (which I have had for 4 years). I have just paid them for the chair, and was so impressed by their willingness to do this. I remember four years ago, when I came out to the showroom, the owner stayed back until 9pm, and allowed me to test a chair then (as that was the only time I could come). Such a customer centric business, and am glad to do business with these guys. Nothing is too much trouble.

They have a good range of office chairs. I was able to find the best chair for me at a reasonable price. Call before you visit their store as they may be unavailable.

We needed to get a good supportive desk chair for our daughter, who was having lots of neck, shoulder and back pain while working at home for work. We needed some expert advice. Matt was extremely helpful, and after hearing the problems our daughter was having, knew exactly how to solve the problem. They offer a service to bring the desk and other equipment to our house for a weeks trial. What great service and advice! Very happy to recommend them to anyone.
