Back2Bikes Ltd reviews
25I picked up a basically new front wheel.for an amazing price.the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.i was able to view stock and make decisions about a future purchase.i will be back.
Ooops found out I can't ride a bike like I used to 30 years ago* depressing day* but I like the fact that this Bike Shop is all donated bikes*& volunteers work for nothing to repair * all for charity*they deserve 5s
Literally perfect
I bought a bicycle for commute
It’s nice, endurable, and reasonable!
This shop is my favorite.
Thank you.
I usually like to visit local bike shops around the area to know what's in the shops and to browse around (I commute to work with bike).
I had the most awkward experience ever in a shop when I visited Back2Bikes when I visited on Sunday.
When I visited the shop, I was met with a hostile question "what are you looking for? " and obviously I answered as I usually answer when I visit shops "oh just browsing around accessories" and he responded "oh so you mean you are JUST BROWSING, not going to BUY ANYTHING".
I think the attendant (white, middle-aged man) thought that I wanted to steal or something and stood beside me all the time until my friend told him that we're window shopping, and said that "ah sorry I misunderstood you". By that point he was still looking at me, right beside me.
I did buy something quickly (two bike tubes) because I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation and to just get him off my back.
Not sure if I ever want to visit again. I thought all community bike shops are nice
I don't usually leave bad reviews (you can see my past reviews), but this was a very uncomfortable experience.
Wanted to get hybrid tyres for mountain bike. Got great advice, good tyres, and good service. Awesome group of people to deal with
If you value your safety go to professionals. When I got there the manager fell of his own bike he repaired because it fell apart when he did a test drive. Still bought a bike. Drove 10 meters and it started screetching. Turns out they wrongly installed the tires. Then that manager was bold enough to be a c about it when I wanted a refund.
Dylan these stars are only for you thank you for always helping me & my boys out

Great not-for-profit that does a remarkable job reconditioning old bikes for sale and for needy riders. They really helped me to restore a superseded folding bike and outfit it for touring.
Great initiative, donate an old bike, buy a fully restored bike or get your own bike professionally serviced. Very reasonable priced heaps of parking and super friendly volunteers look after you every need. Highly recommended.
Really cool bike repair shop with a lot of accessories and some pre-owned bikes for sell too. Recommended.
Took my bike in as my back brakes were rubbing and for the life of me couldn’t fix them.
There for 10 minutes and problem was fixed + done in front of me, talking me through the issue and how to solve if it happens again.
These guys are just awesome for bike servicing. Dropped in my grinding roadie and got back humming along like new! Excellent value and helps support a great cause. I'll be back.
Great place to have your bike serviced, good prices of their second-hand bicycles, they also provide bikes to disadvantaged people
I was thinking to find a good price but I am upset.
10 dollars for 2 spokes without assembly (just spokes and I have to do it) for me is too much. I was thinking to buy more more stuff for my bicycle tour but after this I will search somewhere else.
Sorry
A great place to learn the basics and the not so basics of bicycle repair and maintenance. Friendly atmosphere and no pressure. How and when you volunteer is entirely up to you. And they have the best equipped workshop you're ever likely to find.
Really good service, go to places to have my children's bikes serviced. PS it's a non for profit organisation.

They do a great seviece helping out other's in need felt good to donate 2 bikes to them hope other people will do the same keep up the good work
Amazing, hundreds of second hand parts at incredibly low prices, I should've gone years ago. You are sure to find something good and the staff are all really kind and helpful.
Pulled out a bike I had in storage that had last been serviced by this group, first ride since service.
I oiled before riding.
The bike was not feeling as a serviced bike should.
I had taken in several other bikes at the same time and was not to happy with the outcome of those either.
I recall paying the same price I would for a proper bike mechanic. I was not too impressed at the time as the people working on the bikes appeared to be volunteering or trainees under instruction.
I have no interest in going back to negotiate or try reconcile a future relationship with this place, as I really didn't like the vibe.
If this business was a cheap and cheerful option for low income people to keep their bikes on the road at a fair price and have a happy feeling supporting a non profit I would totally support.
Although I would say it is more the bike equivalent of a sausage factory that charges Bianchi prices for a K mart standard service.
