A fantastic sales experience rating bought down significantly by an unprofessional and overpriced delivery experience. $200 to have a chair "delivered and installed" 12km from the warehouse, only to have it left in the facility hallway outside the 89yr old womans room who ordered and paid for it was stressful and upsetting for her. Firstly, we were advised it was a 4-6 week wait, then suddenly, day 8, the chair was coming! (which I know - is great - but for an elderly lady - they like to know and understand what is going on so sudden changes are distressing), then for her to return from lunch and find it left outside her room was really disappointing. She sat out in the hallway all afternoon waiting for "the men to return from lunch". The company insist that they were following the directions of the staff at the home but I don't accept that. Any person who cares for elderly, disabled or disadvantaged people knows how upsetting it is when companies do not acknowledge them as "the customer" and fail to address them in a way that is respectful and as worthy of respect. The treatment of the delivery team was disrespectful and dismissive and certainly not worth $200 - I could've paid a bloke with a ute $60 for better service.the chair is good - but lift your game on the after service!

I can't speak highly enough about the service that I received from back to sleep and how professional they are. Anthony thank you for finding me the right pillow which I ve been looking for in years.
