Back To Bed

This is the second time I buy a mattress from Back to Bed and I will keep coming and recommend to all friends. Lynn was helpful and accommodating, with plenty of knowledge in the material etc.thanks for everything!

Absolutely love the bed frame and futon mattress. (so does my old dog) I have tried and wasted money on other mattress's each ending up giving me a debilitating sore lower back, this one is perfect. I liaised directly with the owner to build the mattress to my requirements. Defiantly recommended, thank you Back To Bed for giving me a pain free back.

I've bought two hardwood bed bases and one queen size futon from Back to Bed. The bed bases are very good quality and value - highly recommended.
You can get a variety of layers of cotton, latex, foam etc in the futon. I went with a latex core with cotton above and below (and some wool I think). The problem is after a week or two the futon noticeably sagged towards the middle. Perhaps this is due to the heavy weight of the latex. It might have been better with a foam core - I had one like that many years ago and it was good. It does help a bit to pummel, turn over etc, but it is a very heavy futon with the latex core in size queen - hard to manhandle - I recommend going with the lighter weight foam core. Or an inner spring mattress, as I did for the second bed.

A fantastic bed frame design and the mattress is great. The process was fantastic from ordering to delivery and installation. Very happy.

I just wanted to thank you for the terrific bed (Amelia) and futon (Airflow Queen Size). It was easier to assemble than I expected and is fantastic to sleep on. Also, your attention to customer service was pretty impressive. Thanks.

After a fair bit of research due to having a bad back, I bought a latex core mattress from Back to Bed and I couldn't be happier. The futon was super comfy and gives me a great nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Bought a bed from here and it took almost 2 months to arrive and when it did it was missing the screws.when i finally tried to assemble it some of the pieces were bent and didn't fit

Excellent customer service and products. I have bought a queen and king mattress and base from Back to Bed and both products were excellent. I'm191 cm (~6 feet 2 inches) and I have a sea of space on the king bed. It's by far the best, and best value for money, bed I have ever had. Be warned - they are heavy and awkward. However, don't let that deter you from buying one. They also arranged shipping to north Queensland at very reasonable cost. Cheers.

Staff were very nice on the phone. They communicated well and gave me an accurate delivery date. Postage to NSW was very fair.

However, both the futons have noticeably sagged in the middle and are now negatively affecting my sleep and spine. My queen is just over a year old and having to beat it with a cricket bat and flip it every single week is far from ideal. It's also very heavy and awkward, so it's quite difficult to do it alone. A mattress should not be this much maintenance IMO. In hindsight, I wish I had forked out for an organic cotton mattress with springs or pure latex.

Ordered queen size Japanese style futon. Lynn provided good information about her range and options. Fast delivery and turnaround - Less than a week for delivery. I will order again - too bad I only need one bed.

We picked up our customised Futon Mattress for kids. We ordered 10 CM Latex with other layers. We felt it was too thick, so we checked at home. It is only 5 CM latex, and the quality is very bad, totally different from the sample showed us. We went back, the owner gave a lot excuses. We hope just we are unlucky. If you purchase there, please check when pickup.

I’ve had a sofa bed from here and it’s super comfortable. Very easy to put up and down. No complaints from anyone who slept on it, quite the opposite actually. Everyone said best sleep ever.
It’s great to support Australian made and owned too.

I bought a custom made futon from Lynn the owner of Back to Bed. There are so many options available and they make them on the premises. It’s hard to find Australian made nowadays and at such good prices. Lynn went out of her way to accomodate me. Amazing customer service, thank you Lynn.

Not much variety of beds or displays. Linen prices are wsy too high. Great bed bases and nice style of what they do have.
