My daughter Jia Patel started with back to basics in 2019. Finally she kinder graduated in 2022.
Amazing Staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to childcare here at back to basics. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in very individual way. The management Roshni and Meetu very committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment.
We are very thankful to Roshni, Meetu, kinder teacher Harleen and all other teachers who supported my daughter throughout her journey to back to basics.

Back to basic provides excellent service. They care about the children well-being and treat the children like their own. The educators and teachers are caring they meet the children’s needs. As a parent I feel confident knowing my kids are getting the best care.

The educators are absolutely incredible to our daughter, such a loving and understanding educators. All the educators are amazing in their own way. They listen and are open with discussion on our daughter's development. They really make an effort to engage our daughter and develop in a much individualised way. My daughter loves to attend day care daily. Back to basic provides feedback of my daughter almost on a daily basis. We really enjoy reading her daily reflection during our dinner time.

My daughter has been a part of the Back to Basics family for nearly 3 years. She has some strong bonds with her long-term carers there.
The team at Back to Basics have always been incredibly respectful, caring and responsive. They’ve welcomed discussion regarding my daughter’s care over the years and have been happy to work with me to implement ways to support her where needed.
They have also been proactive at including tools for emotional intelligence and well-being, and methods for encouraging bodily autonomy.

All the staff are absolutely amazing. My daughter love going to childcare and I feel at ease knowing she is well looked after. She always comes home happy & is so excited to see the educators when we arrive in the morning. Communication is gentle and transparent and care is tailored to the needs of the child. I highly recommend this centre.

I heard that the management at Back to Basics changed and i went to check out the premises again. I was totally impressed by the changes they have brought to the centre! For those who haven't visited the service this year, I would highly recommend to go have a look.

The teachers here have got the balance right. They nurture. They teach. They care. They listen. I know every time I drop off my son he will be safe. I also know that when I pick him up he will be happy and healthy - if not a little grubby from the FUN he has had learning! Thanks to the teachers for making this happen!

If you want your children to have the best learning experience in their early years, this is the centre to take bring them to. The staff are friendly, professional and experienced. Management is fantastic, and we are always kept informed of everything that's going on at the Centre. We love Back to Basic Child care center at Hoppers Crossing, and I'm sure you will too!
