30This is a gym you must try. Shadi is very friendly & helps you achieve your goals. She is also very knowledgeable about nutrition & can write you up a meal plan. Another positive is that you can bring your kids & there is heaps of space for them to run around. Shadi also has a nanny that you don’t need to pay extra for. You always feel welcome here & no one judges what you look like or your fitness level. You never get bored of the workouts & are always being pushed & encouraged to keep working hard.
This is by far the best gym, ever since I started at backtobasics I’ve never looked back. I feel so comfortable and everyone is so friendly, why I chose this gym is because I have a little one and I needed to bring her along with me. She loves it as much as I do. The staff is incredible! I love being part of this amazing group.
The trainers are great, gym space has all the equipment I need and is very clean. The ability to do different classes is perfect for my schedule. Highly recommend checking them out!
Been using this gym for two years. Shardi is a very knowledgeable and passionate PT and her staff/nanny's/support workers are experienced and friendly. Highly recommended for new mums and mums to be. Kid friendly and NDIS REGISTERED. Super accommodating for people with different needs and/or injuries.

Me and my daughter have been going for the last 8 months and the results are amazing. Shadi is always there to help with whatever you need and the atmosphere there is good to work out in. If you are looking for a PT trainer this is the place for it.
After training with many personal trainers in the past and training for the past 40 yeears, decided to give Back to Basics 4 Life Fitness a try. Didn't know whether it was my thing or not, but after trying it out I would highly recommend training with Shadi. The group training is still personal and one doesn't have the high cost of a one on one trainer where the prices are rubbery. The atmosphere is great, and Shadi is a beautiful young lady inside and out! I also love the fact I can bring my puppy with me on Saturdays so Molly can have play time with other dogs!
Would 100% recommended Shadi and back to basics fitness to anyone. Really lovely trainer who genuinely cares about her clients. Particularly perfect for new mums wanting to do something for themselves, can train in peace whilst kids are supervised and having fun.

I joined the B2B crew after having a baby and was looking to regain strength, fitness, confidence and meet some like minded people to have a bit of fun with. I have an individual program based on my needs and goals which gets reviewed regularly. I love bringing my son to training (at no extra cost) and he plays with the other kids, who are looked after by the nanny. Booking sessions are seamless with lots of extra benefits.
I highly recommend this training environment. Shadi’s energy always keeps me motivated to keep going. I’m also an NDIS participant with extra needs and Shadi was able to accommodate me with great confidence and skill. B2B 4 Life Fitness is highly inclusive, accepting and very friendly. Shadi is amazing! She is fun, easy going and most importantly she runs great classes. I joined Shadi’s group class at 4 moths postpartum and I lost 5kg in 5-6 weeks, I am fitter, stronger and happier. One of the best parts, it’s kids friendly and free nanny on-site! I bring my 4 months old with me, so I can still workout and have ME time.
I started with Shadi back when she first opened, 9 years ago! I lost 5kgs within weeks. She is dedicated, efficient and I always find myself going back to her. The environment is fun and energetic and the team always ensure you get the best results. Would highly recommend her to anyone and will not go anywhere else!
Never been a fan of the gym but coming to B2B is a different environment.
Individual plans to suit your needs, being shown how to do all exercises safely and most effective. My teen doughier loves it and it keeps us accountable and motivated to be healthier.
Shadi and her studio are set up for an amazing workout. Shadi herself is knowledgeable and approachable with goals and struggles and understands them herself.
She allows children of all ages to attend and has an array of times and types of classes to choose from. If dealing with an injury is able to work around this easily for you to achieve your goals.
Best gym ever! The dogs are a massive bonus highly recommend if you’re looking for a pt like shadi who genuinely cares about your needs and helps you work towards your goals!
I have been a trainer for 10 years working with rehabilitation clients, pregnancy, postnatal, Weightloss, building muscle and more we educate all our clients on how to eat correct and train.
We work with clients at different fitness levels does not matter how experienced you are we start you where you should be we also work with kids and work with 60 year olds and also 18 plus
Shadi is the best PT in the area. She provides an inclusive environment for everyone and parents can bring their kids along while they train. She will tailor the program depending on what you want to work on and help you acheive your goals. Also trained in working with pregnant women and returning to exercise safely postnatal.
