Been using Matt as my go to person after all other home remedies, self stretching and Thai massage manipulation fails.

I love Back in Action not only is it conviniently located close to where I live but also is far better than big names in the industry, just goes to show that small businesses are the way to go. You get value for what you pay as well and the service is impecable! Dr. Jacinta is warm, friendly and I always walk out feeling heaps better when I book in to see her. I was behaving like a typical man and doing nothing about my back and neck until the pain finally got too much to bare then went and saw Kathryn for the first time. I only needed to see her once. I was worried she wasn't going to be physically strong enough to make things happen, however I was proven very wrong. I can only recommend Kathryn as I have not seen any of the other osteo's there but am assured they are as good if not better.
