I visited Daniel today with tight & painful gluteus muscles. Daniel conducted a thorough check of my lower back & hips to assist with his diagnosis. He eliminated, spinal misalignment & hip complications which reduced the possible causes and followed this with some restorative massage followed by a demonstration of 2 exercises to loosen the problem area. Daniel promised to e mail me demonstrations of the exercises which I now have with instructions on the exercise program. I left the appointment feeling that Daniel was very thorough, competent and had the correct remedy for me.

I went to Back in Motion in Wantirna South today and had a session with Regina. I had a severe calf muscle pain. Regina was really amazing. Regina conducted a thorough check of my calf muscles and followed this with some amazing restorative massage and followed by a demonstration of 3 exercises to loosen the tightness area.

Truly, I left the appointment feeling that Regina was very thorough, competent and had the correct remedy for me.
Regina was very calm and composed.

I had a fantastic experience at Back In Motion Wantirna South in sorting out my lower back pain that I have been having for the past 4 years. I had seen 3 Physios and 1 Osteo but never had much improvement with my pain. I saw 2 different physios from their clinic and both were equally professional. I highly recommend their services. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful.

I have been attending this BIM for an extended period of time due to a workplace injury, and every time I enter the venue I am greeted by the friendly and upbeat front receptionists, followed by the relaxing/helpful appointment with the knowledgeable and professional physio I’ve been booked with. I am highly vouching Ching as she has been unimaginably helpful with my injury and the daily pains that I have been dealing with. I highly recommend this clinic.

Honestly stating initially a bit skeptical (to go or not to go dilemma in mind) I made appointment with Physiotherapist Sheena at Back in motion Wantirna clinic. My friend with frozen shoulder problem felt better after a couple of sessions at Back in Motion, so she recommended me Sheena for my issues.

I had painful knees, back and neck. First two visits Sheena tried to fix issues in the neck, followed by back and knees. Finished 5 sessions and feeling confident, relaxed and better.

Earlier I used to think physio tries to massage or apply cream etc but never fixes the problem (all based on my previous experience). However I believe Sheena is very clever in terms of analysing and understanding the issue and this part is really important for the right treatment.

Thank you Sheena and thank you staff at reception who are extremely polite. So far I am feeling great and very happy overall. Wish you all a very happy new year and Sheena see you on 13th Jan for final assessment.

I had severe back pain due to my severe scoliosis. When I first walked into BIM I could hardly walk due to the pain I was in. Danny has helped me immensely with bringing down my pain levels. He is now helping me with my rehab after having a spinal fusion and I’ll be forever grateful for what he’s done for me.

Back In Motion Wantirna South are fantastic. Sheena is a wonderful physio who listens, is kind and extremely helpful. Seeing her has improved my condition greatly. The rest of the staff are also great. Would highly recommend!

Thank you team for helping me with my jaw stiffness and pain! I was doubtful when my GP mentioned it could be fixed with physio treatments and thought for sure I was going to be on pain killers for a long time. Definitely will be recommending to all my friends!:)
