Sandra takes the time to listen to her patients and creates personalized treatment plans after analysing the problem. She is caring, attentive, and always willing to answer questions. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to make significant progress in my recovery. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone seeking physiotherapy services.

In April I attended due to on going issues with an ingrown toenail, saw podiatrist who recommended surgery to fix the issue. Was charged for the appointment and booked in for the surgery for the following few weeks. Had the surgery, out of pocket $500 roughly. My toe is still sor! It’s currently infected again, months later. I went back to the podiatrist complaining that my toe wasn’t fixed, she blamed this on me wearing shoes that were too tight - even after I told her I’ve been wearing open toe shoes for months! They wanted to take no responsibility, and here I am still suffering with a sor, infected (on antibiotics again) toe nail. Can’t afford to go to another podiatrist right now, all up I’ve spent around $700 here, and made out that this is my fault for the shoes I’m wearing. I feel like I will have to live in pain for the foreseeable future and this is SO frustrating. If you are after a podiatrist, go elsewhere!

Highly recommended group of physiotherapists and very accommodating staff as well. They have a magical hands that cured my headache and neckpain.

Sandra and the team have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've had a recurring headache for many years, and despite multitudes of scans, medications, lifestyle changes and specialists nothing was helping. Literally within a few minutes Sandra had found a spot on my neck that was directly linked to that pain, and having worked on it for a few months my quality of life is significantly improved. I wouldn't believe it if someone else had told me, but it's the honest truth.

From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist new what she was doing and nothing was to much trouble to the physio (Sandra) who treats me there’s not much she doesn’t know and helpfull to make sure I was comfortable during treatment.
I won’t go anywhere else simple.

Sandra is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for 3months now, must say I’ve improved tremendously, more so, my daughter noticed the before and after differences. She’s super calm and knows exactly what the problem is and how to tackle it. Thanks to my doctor who recommended her. She makes me hopeful for my future!

It has been a life changing journey since my car accident in late 2020. Thanks to my Physio therapist Sandra Cordon Guridi from Back in motion Point Cook who have assisted me slowly slowly get Back in motion. I wouldn't have been able to return to work on full duty and play sport if wasn’t for Sandra. I would also like to thank Fiona at the front desk who have been friendly and chatty. Highly recommended.

The clinic making money and ensuring you come back for more treatment is more important than your actual well-being, health and recovery.

Failed to properly diagnose/identify a relatively simple ankle issue even after 8 sessions costing $160+ each. Received very general treatment and advice while the actual root cause of the problem was never addressed.

Strongly recommend you look at alternative clinics that take accurate and proper diagnosis more seriously.

I am a physiotherapy patient of Vanila Somalinga. Over the past 4 years, Vanilla and her team have assisted me with a chronic condition where I would visit her up to 4 times per week for extreme muscle pain relief. I have suffered many nights where I could not sleep due to the pain and could only sleep sitting up, giving you an idea of how I suffered. I have visited many other physiotherapy clinics over my time who have been unable to assist me or provide any relief until finding Vanila. My visit frequency has now reduced to once per week, primarily for exercise such as Pilates and strengthening my muscles which has returned my quality of life. The expertise of Vanila in the area for patients with chronic pain like me is exceptional. She has always focused on her clients' best interests and sets realistic and achievable goals toward improvement. Further, Vanila referred me to her Podiatrist Zulfia who she employs for customised orthotics. Before this I was unaware that my walking was aggravating my muscles and contributing to my muscle pain. The orthotics were very reasonably priced and immediately assisted my muscle pain in my legs which continues to improve consistently. I would highly recommend Vanila and her team especially for others who have similar chronic conditions for all physiotherapy or podiatry needs

I had been having some ongoing lower back problems and my doctor sent me here. I've had two sessions so far with Sandra and it is amazing. Sandra is extremely friendly, always asking to make sure I'm okay and very informative. I didn't know what to expect but my back is so much better already. Highly recommended and I will definitely be going back for any of my physio needs.

I had Zinac as my physiotherapist. She was excellent and very attentive to my back pain. She even asked her coworkers about my condition and to have a look. During those few weeks of treatment she would call me maybe once a week and even after I stopped going she gave me a call again to see how I was feeling. Thank you for that! The service was very caring and of course my back pain is gone.

I wasn't getting good results from my treatment in my home town in Queensland and as I was visiting Melbourne I visited Back in Motion at Pt. Cook. Fiona Rogers on reception was very helpful and got me an appointment with Vanilla. Wow! It was the best treatment I have ever had I have never felt better and now I visit Vanilla every year for a few treatment. Great care and attention from these Ladies I would recommend this Clinic to everyone.

Would like to give many thanks to Zinal and Fiona. Zinal is very nice and patient, Fiona is efficient and nice as well. You are like the angels in my life and I am fully recovered with my neck and shoulder after the 3 month physiotherapy.

Thanks to the team at Back in Motion Point Cook, especially Anusha. I've had shoulder problems for over 1 year and no one could identify the issue other than giving me an injection into the shoulder. Anusha picked up on the weak back muscles and posture and put me on the road to recovery in a short period of time. Thanks again Anusha!

Great team of girls on reception Fiona and all the girls are so friendly and helpful. Emanuel is a great physio he is getting me back to full strength. Would definatly recommended them.
