Cristina is Harry Potter. She fixed my wrist in less than one minute. Pain free now. Amazing. Magic. She is the best of the best. And she is so so so good at patient care, makes you feel super super comfortable. She is the best physio I have ever seen. Much more trustworthy, much more reliable, she is the mountain.

A business is as good as its people and indeed BIM Hawthorn is a good example of that. Christina was my physio for an upper tigh sharp muscle pain that previous chiro practitioner followed by a myopath failed to fix. She did a marvelous job. Very inquisitive, attentive and she did her magic backing it up with the correct explanations. I would gladly recommend this practice to my friends.

I went to BIM Hawthorn for a shoulder issue. Stephanie treated my shoulder and gave me a management plan which helped immediately. She was very professional and experienced.
