I chose Back in Motion as it was both within walking distance to home and for the 5 star reviews. I was not disappointed! Brendan Mason is an exceptional physiotherapist who diagnosed my condition on the first visit. His knowledge, commitment to provide the most effective treatment and solution to my injury enabled me to recover quicker than expected. He goes above and beyond, frequently communicating with relevant third parties, and always kept track of progress and followed up consistently and within a timely manner. Outstanding customer service and communication. He is caring, genuine and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you need a physiotherapist, look no further. Brendan and his team can’t be matched.

I’m glad to receive treatments at Back in Motion for my neck pain! In the last 10months, I have seen great improvements for my neck and shoulder as well as my general strengths by attending one-on-one session and clinical classes. Jack is excellent and professional. He has treated my neck pain as well as given me effective exercises to work on at home which further improvement neck and shoulder condition. I'm not happy to learn that there is such wide disparity in the fee structure of your services. I called Carrum Downs for a neck massage with a Phsio- $80/30 minutes. Called Aspendale Gardens, same service but $90/20 minutes. As a franchise brand, we expect consistency in service and fees.
Please explain. Sounds like a rort to me.

After having neck pain with associated headaches and have seen other allied health services, the staff at Back In Motion Aspendale Gardens have resolved my neck pain and headaches. All staff have been so helpful and knowledgeable. Can highly recommend.

Dave provided a great all round treatment, not just looking at short term fixes, but providing a way for me to maintain strength to ensure I stayed free from injury in the long term. He wrote a really good program, and showed me how to perform each exercise correctly. He was super friendly and very approachable, which made asking questions very easy. The clinic as a whole was great, with really friendly and helpful staff.

Very good experience at Back in Motion - Aspendale Gardens.
My Physio was professional, identified the problem with my acute back injury and after a few weeks of her suggested exercises I was at full strength. She was also sending me summary updates after each session with targets for the next session and the future, which I found very professional.

Great to deal with, very helpful and Jack was able to find and fix my muscle injury in a few sessions

Jack and Ash have both been thoroughly professional. I am recovering from a spinal fracture and also have bursitis in my hip. If you are suffering discomfort do not delay treatment by this talented team of professionals. Jack Beech's helped me through a difficult period of neuropathic pain. His robust treatment program, including; prescribed daily exercise supported my recovery. I now have full mobility, strength and live pain free. Jacks approach made up of positive encouragement, knowledge, humour and gentle bed side manner has proven to be effective.
I am fully active with daily living tasks therefore; i strongly recommend a visit or two to this clinic.
