Service was great, order delivered within 2 hours of making order.
Problem is the quality of the product is very poor. This is the second time I have purchased $1000 worth of firewood, the first load was very disappointing, the most irregular sizing I’ve ever seen, majority small useless pieces, some pieces good size, and a lot of oversized pieces that require recutting and splitting. Spending this amount of money on a product the quality should be much better. Discussed with you my disappointment with the first load and was assured the next load would be a lot better, much to my disappointment the second load was just as bad, if not worse. I will never purchase again.
