I’ll give it 2 stars, nothing against their shop or business but am leaving a complaint because I have received many calls from bacchus marsh farming supplies trying to get me to pay for advertising for my small business to display a short commercial on their small tv screen in the shop, which I got a call a year ago and politely refused. The other day I get a call for the same thing a year later still. Word of advice, support your local businesses for free guys, a lot of us with small businesses can’t afford to advertise ourselves. Nonetheless, I have respectfully left 2 stars due to this reason and not the way the store is run, please stop calling me guys. I have received over 5 calls from you guys in the past couple of months. Cheers.

Got an Akubra there today the staff were great trying to find the right colour in the style I wanted an size, absolutely great service will definitely shopping there again.

I usually go there to get my insect repellent. Today I approached the counter. One server was with a client and another server was playing with store stock behind them.
The one playing with stock totally ignored me for a while then finally asked if I needed anything.
Cause you know, I just walk into stores and hang around counters for fun.
Overall service was below average and staff did not seem to want to engage.
Maybe it was the heat. Maybe no one cares.

They advertise laying chickens. When l called he was rude. He told me we have them delivered. Asked me to deal with them direct. Did not tell me who they dealt with. Told me im waiting his time and hung up. Rude. Very rude.

They have wide range of workwear's and PPE's for traders. I bought safety shoes for my work from here. They really serve the customer with good and positive helping attitude.

We have really tried to support this local business numerous times. However the service from one particular lady whom served my husband again today is left wanting to say the least. Everything is a bother to her. This is extremely dissapointing for us as we do everything we can to keep our business local.

Great place.as the name states farms supplies for everything you need and helpfull friendly staff.

Tim the local pool expert checks your water in 24 hour turnaround and then tells you what you need and more importantly what you don't need so you don't spend unnecessarily. Great for pet supplies and work wear too!

Friendly staff and has a good range of products. I buy the large 18kg bags Purina Supercoat dry dog food here it is cheaper than the supermarkets and pet stores and have bought steel cap boots here also.

Have found most of my gardening and pet produce supplied here. Staff very helpful and good prices.

Good prices, good service and a pretty good range but missing a few bits in metric irrigation fittings section.
