Bacchus Marsh Dental House

After all the chaos of pandemic I was so scared going to dentist and the last time I was to a dentist office was late 2019.
I had a broken crown (caused by eating a Panamanian crunch tortilla) and I put it off as long as I could and it was time to get a new crown.
They gave me an appointment within 2 days and Dr. Miff was absolutely awesome, removed the broken crown and put the new one on the same day. She scanned my teeth in a blink and fixed everything and good as new.

I'm a massive supporter of Australian Sugar and make sure I eat more than my fair share of sugar. This obviously leads to more dental visits than normal. I decided to try this dental practice and have been more than happy with the results.

All the staff are very professional and look after you extremely well.
I ended up with Dr Tania and must say this Dr is the best that I have ever come across in a dental practice. Patient and caring.

Dr Phan is the most gentle and thorough dentist that I’ve ever seen. She makes what used to be a very unpleasant experience completely bearable. Tania has the ability to put her clients at complete ease and her communication throughout the procedure is fantastic!

Great place and experience. Went in for a suspected broken tooth. It wasn't but was able to get a clean done. First time to this business and was really happy with the service, explanation of what was going on, and the work completed with someone who doesn't regularly see a dentist in a professional manner. Teeth came up great from the clean with minimal uncomfort.

Seriously the best and Terrance is lovely goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and is very gentle also

Friendly staff. Good advise. New equipment. Well organised. This justify my 30 minute travel. 5 star rating, even if they pulled a tooth and I'm in pain.

The team at BMDH are extremely professional, welcoming and supportive, all throughout my treatment. Multiple treatment options were made available, with options based on time, finance and hygiene care. Terrance, Hannah & Emma are wonderful to deal with and ensured I was both comfortable and well informed on every visit. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent service and facilities, very patient and understanding, talked me through the procedures, very reassuring (I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures), highly recommend.

I have always had a terrible fear of the dentist especially after I had a couple of really bad experiences elsewhere but the Gentle Dentists and staff took great care of me. I have now had 6 fillings done and my teeth cleaned, by the time I got to the last two fillings I didn't even feel stressed!

I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist and avoid it for as long as I can, as it is one place where anxiety cripples me and then I feel embarrassed for being that way.
I couldn't avoided it anymore and I had to make an appointment.
As soon as you walk in from the decor to the kind smiling medical receptionists, you start feeling at ease. Then when they call you in, instead of walking in a typical cold clinical consultation room, I felt I walked in a meditation room. The beautiful lilac colour chair was inviting not fearful and to top it all of, the Dentist Dr. Terence already knew about my anxiety and instead of trying to brush it off, he made me feel comfortable, by talking to me and getting to know me. He wanted to understand my fears and was gentle while examining me. My anxiety eased and I felt I can do this and come back again, knowing I'm in a safe and non-judgemental enviornment.
If you are like me and avoid going to the dentist, then I highly recommend you give them a call and make an appointment. Even if you don't have anxiety, and looking for a dentist, give them a call, they are professional, give an indepth consultation and treat you with kindness and respect. I've had my 6 monthly teeth cleaning today with Krista at Bacchus Marsh Dental House. I am always a little bit nervous as I've had bad experiences in the past. Krista's welcoming and friendly manner put me at ease from the word go. Her gentle work is exceptional and I know I am in good hands. Thank you Krista.

2nd review, James and his lovely assistant did an amazing job reassuring me through the process of extracting 2 of my wisdom teeth. I was nervous heading in but they felt that and were very supportive. I had one very stubborn tooth and regardless felt comfortable the whole time. Again would recommend!
