Fantastic customer service. I wanted a certain colour pram that was on sale. I called and was greeted by the most polite man who told me he had one left and could even have it delivered that night. I ordered the pram at 1: 30 pm and received it to my door at 6: 30 pm. It was the best price by over $100 and included extras. Will definitely be going back to order the rest of the things we need before bub arrives.

Recently purchased out Cocoon Luxe cot from Baby Hi-5 and Frank was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were so happy with our purchase and our overall experience and the prices are much more competitive than that of a large retailer. We went in after a recommendation from a random lady I saw on the street with an Uppababy pram.
I actually went instead of going to baby bunting- the service and help to organise things for bub was amazing!

I was stuck without a cot for months because of another place that ripped me off. They had promised a cot and I paid in full and I got nothing in return!
Frank and his brother in law made sure to call me with updates and ETAs constantly and got my new cot to me within that week and in the middle of lockdown, I couldn’t believe the magnificent service. Frank delivered the cot personally on a Saturday evening. It was truly astonishing!
