Not the best pricing around! I suggest shopping around before you purchase something as I could of saved $30 on a bath seat! Otherwise no problems!

Visited Baby Train yesterday after they were recommended by a rep from Edwards and Co Baby. What a wonderful experience we had! Karen was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have very limited space in our car (Toyota Prado) for a newborn suitable pram when all the 7 seats are up. Karen quickly accepted the challenge and came up with three different options that might work. We took two of the three options out to our car and quickly worked out that both of them fit! We do have to remove the wheels of the Edwards and Co Otto, but Karen demonstrated how quick and easy this was. We ended up leaving with two car seats, the pram and a baby bath. Thank you so much Baby Train for providing such amazing customer service, quality products and great prices! Highly recommend them and we will be back!

Prompt replies and support for interstate purchase. I originally did layby for a travel stroller in my local baby store, but waited 6 weeks with no certain arrival date with little to no help from them either. Baby Train was the only one that had the particular travel stroller and assured me I'd receive it within a week while all other websites can only pre-order! It was shipped the day after, arrived 5 days later (VIC to WA). One happy customer

Baby Train offer such a fantastic customer service experience I don’t go anywhere else for baby products. Their prices are competitive, and their staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Tony, who installs the car seats is just amazing, he spent over 30 minutes trying to re-configure car seats to fit a a third seat in. I don’t live close to either of their stores but always find the Baby Train experience to be worth the drive.

Would give a zero if there was an option.loyal customer but wont be returning. Disappointing and unacceptable service. Purchased pram online on the 2nd of June.two weeks later and still no pram and no updates from staff. Pram not in stock but nobody bothered to tell us. I am due to give birth in less than two weeks and still have no stroller or bassinet for the newborn. This has caused a significant level of distress and we have limited time to find a new stroller. The store is advertising products they do not have in stock and cannot offer to customers False advertising, taking people's money and not delivering. No courtesy of informing customers of issues and providing them with updates. If my husband and I had not called the store, three weeks would have gone past and we still would have been waiting for the pram to arrive. Have missed out on the sales being under the impression that we had successfully ordered a stroller. Only response by store. "we are sorry, here's your money back" and not our problem anymore. Really is that the best you could do!

By my own mistake I purchased the wrong model snack tray for my pram online, customer service was absolutely amazing and I was able to send it back and get the model I needed with no hassle at all. Definitely recommend Baby Train and would 100% purchase from here again.

Today I rang to enquire about shipping costs, and was lucky enough to be able to place my order for the Clara rocker immediately. The service only got better from there with same day delivery & the friendliest delivery driver I’ve ever met! The Clara nursing rocker is everything I hoped it would be and more, with such great service too! Very very glad to have purchased through baby train.:)

We had purchased a Pram for our future Bub and the experience at Baby Train was amazing. A Staff named Holly was very knowledgeable and patient to explain all the required details. We are a very happy customers. Recommend!

We had initially ordered a cot from other place however had been delayed without any communication so we ended up cancelling. We so happen to came upon Baby Train being referred by Boori. The customer service had been fantastic and were very informative especially being a new mother in what I needed. Will definitely recommend the peeps here. Thank you for being patient and accomodating! Very happy with the service.

Great customer service. I pre-ordered a pram rain cover a while ago, it unfortunately arrived at the store while stage 4 restrictions were in place. As I don't live within 5k of the store they offered to hold it for me until the restrictions were lifted. I was happy with that. Bit today I get a call saying that one of the employees lives close to me and is happy to drop off the rain cover. So happy! It saves me having to remember to collect it later and it shows just how much the staff at Baby Train care about their customers. Thanks Nikita and thanks Baby Train Dingley Village.

Recently ordered Britax Baby seat online due to current Covid restrictions. Cannot do in-store shopping. Item received is good, but packaging is worst, they just sent the seat in a plastic bag thrown into a torned cardboard box with no proper wrapping (leave alone bubble wrapping). Need to package something properly when you send via post, also mark fragile if needed to be handled with care. The item received was scratched already when opened due to rough postal handling. Can't blame Auspost for that. Spending so much money and receiving a ill-treated scratched product is disheartening.
