Great place for your little ones to experience water play. It is a lot of fun to parents to watch as well

I have taken both of my babies to babyspa Warrandyte in the last 2 years and have had a great experience. Brooke and Lynne were amazing with both kids really making sure they were happy and enjoying their time in the water. The massages relaxed them so much and really helped with sleep after session.
We will miss our fortnightly visits but will be recommending all of our friends bring their babies here.

Quite overpriced for the experience. Cute photos taken, however although 45 minutes is allocated to your baby, if your baby gets tired after 5-10 minutes, theres not much else that can be done except a massage which i personally can do for my baby at home. Nice staff though

My girl LOVES Baby Spa, I can't recommend it highly enough. She is so happy and confident in the water now. Naomi & Brooke take such good care of her and she loves her session with them.

It is such a great experience for our bub. She absolutely loves coming here, and the ladies are fantastic. There are so many benefits, and we are seeing an improvement with her tummy time in just a week. It is clean and very relaxing. They take the time and make sure your baby is comfortable with the session.

Baby Finn has enjoyed his visits. He is getting more active with each visit. Staff take their cues from him and when he's happy and relaxed he finishes with a lovely massage.

Brooke was incredible with my baby today. Amazing experience my bub really enjoyed and will be returning for some more sessions. My 12 week old slept for 5 hours after her hydrobath and massage

We went to this baby spa today and we loved it. It was my bubs first time at 8 weeks old. He wasn’t quite sure about it at first but towards the end he started kickin and moving about. We’ll definitely be going again. The spa was nice and clean and has cute clothes you can buy. The owner is super nice and friendly. I highly recommend.

We have attended twice, both times we were rushed and felt like we were an inconvenience. Poor service.

Shame we purchased vouchers for friends to use, hope they aren’t disappointed like we were.

Really poor experience. I purchased a $100.00 voucher for my friends to have a swim session with their little one before they headed o/s. My friends booked in a session only to have it cancelled by the staff the day prior due to COVID with the specific member who they were booked with (not the entire staff). My friend was then only given one alternate session to book before leaving for their trip (which was two weeks later and the day prior to their flight). My friend then explained it would not be possible but she has seen there were plenty of available slots at alternate spas if they could this time redeem in a different location. The Warrandyte team firmly said they would not allow the voucher to be used anywhere else however it can be used for in store product or when they returned from o/s when their child would be over 7 months (after the recommended age and all explained with a very un pleasant and in helpful manner).
Upon hearing this I rang the spa and asked for my money back on the voucher so that I could get them a voucher for a different location with a team that would be more helpful. The lady I spoke with was very abrupt and would not do anything to assist or even attempt to find a suitable booking. I asked to speak with the manager to which she said no as there was nothing to be done.
My friends have since left very upset with the entire experience and their baby with no water time before their trip.
What a waste of $100 and a terrible way to treat new parents. Extremely disappointing which unfortunately has tainted the Baby Spa brand.

Had an excellent first experience at the spa and my bub loved it. The staff is very friendly and caring. My only criticism is that the massage could be longer, especially if it's baby's first visit and they're spending only 10 minutes in water, would be good to have a longer massage to have the $95 worth.

We took our son, Milan, from approx 8 weeks old until 7 months. He started well, but had a few sessions where his reflexes in the water scared him and he became upset. Lyn was great at getting him out of the water to avoid a negative water association happening. One session this happened within minutes of him getting in and she promptly rescheduled his session for later that week which was very kind. I was worried he would continue to be upset, but we gradually extended his time in the water with plenty of reassurance and soon he was thriving. I was so glad we persevered and Milan is now much more confident in the water and ready for swimming in a big pool (with mum of course).

Just had our first session at Baby Spa Warrandyte and my little man loved it!
The staff were amazing and kind. My son was so calm and relaxed afterwards and still is now.
Highly recommend to any mums and dads with a young one! Get them in ASAP.

It's a great experience; my hubby enjoyed it a lot, and the staff is so professional and friendly; definitely, the ten sessions worth it.

Staff very gentle and very attentive. My son Mason loved his whole time their. Definitely making another booking.

Calm, clean and a wonderful experience for babies up to 6mo. They also sell some lovely/unique baby clothes/toys in store.

My baby had a fantastic time & the owner was so lovely and knowledgeable. Will be back soon!

Fantastic Experience! Lynne and Brooke are so lovely. We purchased a package and attended the spa every 2 weeks for the last few months of this year. Our daughter loved every session and was so nice for her to do. Highly recommend going here with your bub - it's not only adorable but also so good for them!

We have taken our daughter to baby spa Warrandyte since she was 6 weeks old. Brooke and the team have been nothing but professional, friendly and taken great care of our daughter. We have really enjoyed the baby spa experience and recommend them to all of our friends.
