Baby Spa Moonee Ponds

Loved our experience at Baby Spa.great way to introduce your baby to water and allow them to use their natural skills to turn and kick freely. My baby absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.

Terrible service from staff.
My wife and child arrived 15 mins late due to being stuck in traffic for 45 minutes. My wife tried to call but no one would answer when she arrived staff informed her that she missed the class and were very rude not offering any options she also showed them her call history to prove the phone calls.
She asked to be rescheduled and they insisted that she needed to pay again.
Very unprofessional and rude.

We had such a lovely experience with Deb at Baby Spa in Moonee Ponds. Our daughter absolutely loved it. The staff were so sweet and patient. Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Very clean and staffs are nice and welcomed, but $95 for 10mins swim and 5mins massage, too pricy!

Took my daughter here back when she was younger and now took my son for the first time, but wouldn’t let me take my daughter in so I could also watch my son in the spa for the first time with my partner and daughter

My 9 week old baby had the best time at the Moone Ponds baby spa. The team created such a relaxed environment for my little ones first hydrotherapy session which ended with a lovely baby massage. I’ll definitely be taking my little girl back for further sessions. Thanks team!

We took our two month old daughter here yesterday she has torticollis and hip dysplasia she absolutely loved it and she slept through the night the following night she is also showing signs of being a lot more loosened up, we have a different baby can’t wait to come back!

Such a good way to introduce little bubba to water and swimming. Anne normally looked after us there and she was amazing! So happy with decided to buy a package and let our daughter become confident in the water. Highly recommend

I don’t know who loves baby spa more, bubs or me! Apart from the fact that the team are amazing, bubs loves to splash about in the pool and is gaining confidence in the water! She also loves the massage afterwards! I love the relaxing atmosphere and knowing I’m guaranteed to get a solid nap from bubs as soon as we get home!

Baby spa Moonee Ponds is absolutely phenomenal! What an incredible venue, incredible staff (owner Tina and staff member, Renee are beyond phenomenal) and a fantastic experience for both myself and my baby girl. I just want to keep having babies so I can keep coming!

I took my 4 month old daughter here for the first time yesterday. When I walked in, I felt calm immediately. It was a safe, inviting and clean space. I knew my baby would be in safe hands. She had the best time. Floating and splashing around in the warm water. Her massage was so peaceful, I almost dozed off just watching her live her best life. 5 stars. Would definitely come back and would most definitely recommend this location.

We were gifted two sessions and ever since then we’ve been going fortnightly. I highly recommend baby spa. My daughter started when she was two months old and we’re going to continue on till shes 6 months when she can start swimming lessons. I’ll be really sad to go because the staff are amazing, knowledgeable and so friendly. I will be signing up my future babies!

Lovely experience for my bubba and the staff were so nice. Only downside was the parking situation. No parks available outside or on the street as other businesses use them up. Very stressful when you are with a little one. Almost drove home because of it and had to park illegally. Has put me off wanting any future sessions at this location: (

We love going to our fortnightly baby spa session!

My baby is spending 20 minutes in the water at a time now, and sleeping for 5-6 hours afterwards. The staff are very friendly, and professional. Sometimes my bub is having a tired/grumpy day, but the staff do everything they can to keep him happy and comfortable during his visit.

I would recommend you book your sessions in advance, as they book up quickly especially with COVID restrictions in place, and keep going regularly so that your baby gets to know the staff and the facilities and doesn't become scared or timid of the water.

The facilities are clean and bright and very welcoming. We definitely recommend Baby Spa Moonee Ponds to all our friends and family members with new additions!:)

My little guy attending his second session here today and once again has left such a calm bubba! The staff are so friendly and professional - they ensured he was so comfortable the whole time and kept him engaged! I could not recommend these ladies more

Highly Recommend BabySpa. Fantastic for babies with colic, gas, unsettled behavior! Have taken both of my children from 2 weeks! And I I cant get enough! Babies love it and they always sleep so well after a session! The staff are so friendly, excellent with babies, professional and so knowledgeable on all things babies and parenthood! Couldn't recommend it enough!

Horrible service very unprofessional staff they send you home if your baby cry’s and don’t offer a refund never take your child there the place is disgusting and they make you feel like your child isn’t good enough to be there to begin with I will tell all my friends to never go there

I’m so disappointed in this service. I brought a 5 session pass for my disabled daughter she was almost 8months old. I made the staff aware at the time of purchase we were moving to the USA for medical trials in afew months. When I brought the sessions I was told we couldn’t book online and had to call to book.

At Christmas I was gifted 3 extra sessions.

With 8 weeks left before we moved I called and left a message and didn’t hear a response. At 7 weeks I called again and left a message and didn’t hear a response. I then emailed a week later at 6 weeks. When they finally got back to me I asked for a refund on the 5 sessions because with all the appointments I had coming up it was going to be too stressful to put them in.

The staff initially denied receiving messaging and I had to go through my phone records to prove it. Online they had no appointments in the 2 weeks that followed which meant I had to try for in 5 sessions in 4 weeks.

So now I am having to try fit in all these sessions and give away some yo make it work.

Highly do not recommend!

P.s the sessions only last for 30mins and they do the same massage everytime so that alone is something to be worried about.

First time here with our little guy & we could not recommend it higher! He had such a lovely time in the water & giggled through his massage afterwards.
Our therapist (Renee at Moonee Ponds) was so lovely & really thorough in explaining the benefits of it all.
It's a 2 hour drive from home to make it here for us but well worth it.
We will definitely be back & have been singing praises about it since we left!:)
