The experience was not value for money at all. Spent 10 minutes in the water, and there wasn't much interaction with the baby. After that, we had to dry the baby ourselves. Spent less than 5 mins massage. In total, the entire process took less than 15 minutes and cost $95. It didn't feel worth it at all.

Both our bubbas have come to Babyspa. Aside from them/me loving the experience, the treatment has worked wonders with assisting both of them to sleep so soooo much better. Thankyou Beck at Babyspa Bayside. Highly recommend.

A really lovely service! I think my little one really benefited from the experience, it was so nice to see her little movements and watch her be so strong in herself. The instructor running the session was supportive and knowledgeable, and we had a great time. The only negative I feel is the high price, which makes it harder to commit consistently. If it were more affordable we would be there every other week.

I recently had two wonderful sessions at the Baby Spa with my 10-week-old baby. From the moment we walked in, therapist Anne Marie made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. The hydro spa session was absolutely delightful for our little one. He enjoyed the warm water and gentle movements, which seemed to relax and soothe him.

But what truly stood out was Anne Marie's exceptional care and attention to detail during the massage session. She was incredibly gentle, ensuring that our baby felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her expertise and skill in infant massage were evident, as she used gentle strokes and techniques that seemed to bring pure joy to our baby's face.

Anne Marie's genuine love and warmth towards infants were evident in every interaction. It was truly heartwarming to see how she interacted with our boy, engaging him with smiles and soothing words throughout the session. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely horrible experience, never going back to this place again.
I was booked in for my son’s 2nd session this afternoon but my 2.5 year old daughter woke up with a high fever and therefore, I was unable to send her to day care and attend the appointment at babyspa.
I rang the Hampton store and spoke with Jess who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept repeating the policy of ‘12 hours cancellation’ means we can’t reschedule or that I couldn’t bring my daughter with me, even to sit in the waiting area for 30 mins. She refused to give me the manager’s name and number and continued to repeat herself as if she was reading from a screen. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, no compassion whatsoever towards something that is clearly out of my control. They wouldn’t agree to reschedule or refund which I was fine with, but being unable to reschedule is ridiculous.
I am normally one to not argue with businesses but this place was absolutely horrible to deal with. Don’t go here unless you have children who never get sick guys.

We took our son to Baby Spa from 6 weeks until 8 months old and we all loved it! The employees are absolutely lovely and great with babies. Sad to have finished our sessions.

My son has been attending sessions here since he was 4 weeks old and has just turned 8 months, we're both a bit sad that his time with Baby Spa is coming to an end.

We absolutely love coming here all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. As babies are unpredictable staff are always accomodating to his needs and if he's having an off session always do what they can to keep him calm and happy. I love being able to see him do his sessions not only by himself but also with other babies and see how they interact with each other, it's too cute!

His sessions have really helped him with his confidence with water and now he absolutely loves being in water. And he always love love loves his massages!

We loved Baby Spa! We had six sessions in total and cannot recommend more highly. The staff are amazing, even when we had a few unsettled moments they were so caring. A great experience for little ones (and who doesn’t love a massage at the end of a spa session!). It always made our son sleep so well afterwards. Thank you Baby Spa team

We love Baby Spa. I took my son fortnightly from when he was 10 weeks old up until he was 8 months old. The staff were very friendly, professional and informative. Archie loved every session we went to. I was sad our time at baby spa had to come to an end. I will definitely be bringing my next baby. Highly recommend!

Our first session ended up lasting 7 minutes in the bath followed by a 3 minute massage. Anyway, I was keen to give it another go and tried to book another session. This time for some reason I couldn’t book through their system (using the same card) and called to ask if there’s another method of payment that I could try. At first they were nice and told me that I could pay with cash on site to what I agreed. I got a confirmation of our session, made arrangements and was excited for our second visit. Two days later they cancelled my booking via email. When I called to ask what had happened, a very rude lady said to me that if I still want to come, I need to drive there now and pay with cash, if not I should let it go. Very dodgy business with rude customer service.

We started taking our little one from 8 weeks, and he's had a very enjoyable experience each time. His relationship with water is improving, bath time isn't a problem anymore, he's more alert and falls asleep faster. His movements when he's awake are stronger as well. The therapists we met were professional and explained the whole process. Highly recommend Bayside and Mornington baby spa

Be very careful when you book and pre-paid this service as there will be no refund under any circumstances. Their staff are not able to settle our baby when she cries. They also cancelled our re scheduled appointment with out our permission. No refund given! Very bad customer service and money grabbing. We were there like five minutes and paid 89 dollars for nothing. What a joke!

Our 4 month old baby absolutely loved his baby spa! We were lucky enough to have our own private session and he enjoyed every minute of the spa and baby massage afterwards!

A beautiful space and really friendly service. Highly recommended splashing out for your little one.

We were absolutely THRILLED to have a Baby Spa open closer to home having trekked all the way out to Rowville when my first son was born in 2017. The Hampton East spa is beautiful as expected and that lovely warm, relaxing environment is so enjoyable for both babies and parents.
When our second son was born (late March 2020) I purchased a 10 session deal as I was so excited for him to receive the full benefit of the spa. Unless you’ve been living under a rock you would know that COVID forced the closure of Baby Spa having only used two sessions. Baby Spa have been so good since they reopened to squeeze us in for twice weekly sessions as my son is now 7 months and getting a bit too big for it. She has monitored him closely to make sure he is still enjoying it (so important for little ones to have a positive water experience) and we’ve organized to transfer a couple of my remaining sessions to friends.

My baby absolutely loves Baby Spa! She is almost 3 months old and has been twice. The Bayside location is new, clean and very comfortable. We received full staff attention, and learnt a lot about bathing our baby and massaging her. Highly recommend to all parents and we can't wait to return!

Today I took my 7 1/2 months baby girl to Baby Spa in Hampton East.

When we arrived we got told by the person at the front desk that she was going to do her best to try to make my little girl comfortable, but that because she was older than the recommended age for baby spa she couldn't make any promises.

However, we were never told that we paid $89 dollars for a shared session with another baby. So 2 babies between 1 member of staff and 1 bath. I personally don't think $89 dollars is a fair price for that, especially because we have heard from others that a shared session was not the case for them.

The staff member told me and my partner that she was going to put the other baby in first, because last time he had struggled and so they had to rebook him for another session, and she thought he would be much better if they put him in first. He cried for a bit after they put him in, but they persevered and he calmed down and started to really enjoy himself.

But when she put my baby girl in the water, in the same bath as the other child, she began to whimper and then started to cry. She only spent about 10-15 seconds in the water. Then the staff member told us that we should give her a cuddle and took her out, but then spent the rest of the time with the other child. We thought that maybe we would get to have another shot because our daughter had calmed down but i guess the staff member had decided that she was not going to be able to handle it and that it was over for her. So we just had to watch how the other baby enjoyed the spa whilst we waited around for the rest of the bath session, because there was only 1 member of staff between us.

Afterwards, we got told that we could choose something from the reception to make up for what we've paid. We choose a toy that we ended up finding out cost $24 dollars, which was nice of them to give us but we are still disappointed to have paid $89 for such a short amount of time in the water and feelings of occupying the back seat in an unexpected shared session. We got told that maybe when we go with our second baby he/she may have to be younger.

Absolutely disappointed because it was something that we were looking forward to. Especially that my baby girl had had a floaty spa in a full bath on her own before and she loved it.
