Excellent customer service. Gus explained the installation of the car seat to us in detail and helped us with all our questions.
And the woman inside the store (sorry I don't remember your name) was advising us on several things we needed for our little girl.

This is always our go to place for things we to purchase for our small children. We recently purchased to child seats and had the installations done here as well. They have excellent customer service. They are always very friendly and helpful and there is a warm and positive vibe in the store. I do recommend baby mode to others.

They contacted the manufacturer as the mess up in product information comes from there.
Over the phone they looked into the issue
Physically opening a product Instore and tested it on the model they have to ensure it works.

Came in to collect out order from the baby expo which was super easy and simple. Also picked up some other items in store. Super easy to find.

This is a good company for baby products. I prefer them to Baby Bunting. I feel like they are more reasonably priced and you will receive the same warm service, quality products and range.

I had a great experience getting my twins car seats installed. The installer was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He was quick and efficient and I had time to pick up a few other products from the huge store while I was waiting. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a beautiful Boori Oval Cot that came with an oval mattress as part of a package. Cheaper than anywhere else including Baby Bunting. Nina and David were so helpful on the phone.

Went in today and purchased a maxi cosi XL capsule which was installed by the lovely Guss. Great experience and such friendly staff. Will be back for all my bubs needs! After spending thousands at baby bunting and still treated like garbage.it’s safe to say I will be back here to baby mode as I was treated like a person and not just a number walking through the door! Second Bub on the way and will happily drive that bit further out to baby mode rather than go to baby bunting purely for their customer service.
Nothing is ever too much and not only do they actually help you when you need it, they always go above and beyond to make sure you get the product you need.

They are also a lot more knowledgeable with products than other baby stores.

Even little things like my toddler being difficult while we were trying to shop- the worker, I wish I got his name but he has black hair, told us we were welcome to push her around on the toddler skateboard attached to one of the prams which was a life saver because it kept her occupied for the rest of our shop.

Nina has also served me a few times and is always lovely!
