The staff need training three times i got overcharged i took takeaway samosa quantity was less
2 second time bought jalebi 375 gm n got charged for half k.g

Today third time went bought matri half kg
Shakar parai half kg
And was charged 40 dollars
I knew she charged extra i left as if nothing has happened in a hope she would call back and say sir you been charged extra
But not
So i went back and asked and spoked to the staff same staff was there all the three times
Isthis the way to treat customers charging them almost double or extra or giving less quantity where is proffessional ethics and accuracy iam one of the customer who faced so i dont know how many gets same thing happen and putting extra bugs in their pocket

Very friendly staff and amazing food. We are thankful they catered to our customisation for dietary requirements (Jain food) even when nearby popular food joints denied servicing. Freshly prepared and home like taste.
Paratha and Fried rice is very good.

Food is great, does not disappoint, could do better at customer service, most of the staff are great, one particular staff was rude when visited today, asked generally in a nice way while talking if it was busy a busy day and the waitress replied 'kya lag raha hey' in pretty rude attitude. Would go back for food but cannot expect great customer service.

Food is amazing at this place! Serves are large and really filling. Fully vegetarian place. If you go around 6ish its nice and quiet during weeknights.

I go to this shop for buying sweets and there is a girl Pardeep who serves me the sweets the service and advice given to here are amazing

If you crave for delicious home like food then this is the MUST GO place for you. I have ordered there lahsun pyaaj wala parantha before too and it was sooo good that i ordered many times after that as well. Even there paneer bhurji tastes so good as well. There food is consistently of great taste. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have ordered vegetables noodle. It’s not cooked properly. Even though no vegetables except onion. Waste of time & money. I would never recommend baba sweets Truganina to anyone

Weather its bhature cholle or allu poori its always upto the mark. Chai is fantastic. It also caters all yourr sweet tooth needs. Staff is welcoming and food is great. ️️

These people are serving sweets decades older and i ordered 2 paranthas, whose stuffing was also look dry and older. Also ordered rasmalai which they themselves found out to be rotten so they offered Gulab jamun instead and guess what guys these gulaab jamun were as hard as rock. Also waiter served while talking on phone.

I tried Amritsari Kulcha and Chole Bhatture and they taste really fresh and feels like traditional Indian dish unlike many other Indian restaurants which sucksss

Food was watered down has no taste at all
We usually order from and today it was disgraceful!
Tried contacting and no answer it's appalling for spending 80$ for watered down food

I have lived in 3 different countries and experienced poor customer service in all 3. But this one literally "takes the cake". Wow. By far the rudest. At first I simply thought she didn't speak English - until I heard her speak proper English when her friend called her on her phone afterwards. My kids started laughing awkwardly. Other customers stepped in to assist me with the purchase - out of embarrassment. Unless you want to be embarrassed by their staff, do not go in there. Buy your cakes somewhere else - or get an apple pie from McD's, if you are really desperate for something sweet. At least a rude teenager has to pretend.

Staff refused to take order.at 8: 10 pm while it’s showing on internet the restaurant is open until 9

It would be great if the staffs at least try to understand what we’re saying and not try to speak to me in a completely foreign language.
And it would probably be good if they didn’t say “I don’t know” as an answer to every single question about their products.
