You can tell the food is going to be good when there're Indian families eating in the restaurant. We a party of three and all dishes superb. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Reasonable priced too. We're already planning our return with other family members. Can't wait.

We as a group of 4 visited this place on a Sunday evening (18 /04/21). I ordered a mutton biryani, it was total disappointment. It had good amount of mutton pieces, but the rice was just plain rice with no flavour at all and it wasn't just me, all of my friends tasted and felt the same way. I then called a waiter and told that there is no flavour in it! He kinda started to argue that that is how their biryani is and they have been serving the same since that evening and no one complained about it. Suddenly he told okay, we will replace that with something else. So I ordered a veg noodles, I would have given 2 start for this gesture. But I don't know why, the noodles was made devil spicy, I could not even finish half of it. Along with noodles I ordered chilli gobi, the gobi was barely cooked. I would never come again to this place ever again.

Best Indian restaurant in Melbourne tried many places but never enjoyed the food like this place.

I was bit disappointment with the food.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was average may be not good enough for North Indian style of dishes (Veg). Did not tried south Indian food so can not comment.
Place was extremely packed that could be the cause of bit underrated food. Garlic naans were soggy and we could have got replaced if we had a chat with the staff, we didn't bother. Will visit again sometime when its less busy.

A lovely little indian restaurant in Armadale. Highly recommend! Service was good, and food was delicious. Had the Masala Dosa Combo, Fish Curry and Saffron rice. All absolutely delicious and good portions. Will definitely go back and support this local business!

Biryani Taste One of the best currently in Melb but sometime change’s the taste not spice also recently they change the prices higher aft covid and less quantity not at all happy and worst part they close early won’t take orders after 9pm that’s shame. Restaurant should open til late.
And drinks are ripp off specially soft drink double price.

We came to know about this place through our friends circle and wanted to give a try.
Wow! Fantastic South Indian food, the best we have had in Melbourne in a very long time!

We ordered Chicken 65 as starters it was so authentic it transported us back to our home town in India. If you like spicy curry then Butter Nan and Chettinadu Chicken was an excellent combination. To top it off, we had the Chicken Biryani and Mutton Biryani which tasted so delicious. The portion size was very generous and good quantity of meat added to all the main dishes.

Tip: Ask for chef's special - We had Pallipalayam Chicken, these people know what they are doing and stick to the original recipe that shows in the quality of food! I strongly recommend this place and if you like South Indian dishes you will sure fall in love with this place!

The best food I ever had in whole Victoria! If you dont believe me I encourage people to visit the place. The biryanis, tandooris, tikkas and milkshakes are simply superb! No one would ever regret visiting the place.

Got takeaway first time from this place yesterday. Ordered Aloo Kulcha, Veg Manchurian and Veg Noodles.
Must say i am really satisfied with the value and especially the taste. Unlike many Indian restaurants, their Indo-Chinese food definitely impressed me.

Highly recommend this restaurant. We eat here or order from here roughly every 2 weeks. The food is delicious. The chilli gobi (cauliflower) and chilli chicken entrees are absolutely delicious (nice and spicy). The chicken tikka masala is spot on (I ask for spicy and they add fresh green chilli). My husband loves the chicken biryani. The plain naan is perfect! And finally, the masala chai is the perfect way to finish a meal! Friendly service too. Keep it up!

The water was extravagant. They gave me plastic cups because we ordered take away, but used the metallic ones on the table and they didn’t seem to mind:)

Not sure how this restaurant has got soo many good reviews. Definitely over rated. We ordered veg dhum ki biryani, forget dhum it was no where near to the taste of biryani. It was just veg fried rice with more vegetables. The highlight was their signature dish Mothichoor Rabdie parfait, which sounds very fancy. But we got deceived by the name and looks, it was nothing but mothichoor laddoo with just cream on it. When did rabdie meant cream? !
