I ordered a bedbase from this website. The bedbase wasn’t predrilled to attach flat wooden slats. Also 2 of the slats are not attached with the cloth. Very disappointed by this. Im regretting buying a bed from here. Didn’t like the quality as well. Please don’t waste your energy and time

Don't be fooled like us. Everything seems nice in store until you get your delivery. Poor quality material, shocking instructions (and im a tradie and built plenty of flatpacks with no issues), missing screws/fixings and dont bother asking for a deal if buying multiple items. Offered 5% off because they're already so heavily discounted. Just a marketing ploy to make you believe they're worth more than what they actualluly are. Staff were friendly and not their fault. Go to ikea or spend extra and get Australian made.

Not only is the customer service amazing but the furniture is gorgeous. It is exactly as it looks online while being strong and sturdy. The quality of the furniture is great. I am so happy with my items and will definitely be back to B2C furniture with all of my furnishing needs.

Horrible customer service. No response its been over a month since i placed an order for some spare parts. Should not buy from these kind of places just because its affordable. This is what you will end up with.

The bed I bought is good, though some colour inconsistencies/scratches - but I was happy to let that slide. I collected from the warehouse in Dandenong. I discovered some parts were missing when I got home, making the bed unusable. As it was the weekend, I lodged and online customer service query. On Monday I followed up with a phone call and was told to call back as I’d gotten the Sydney showroom. I called back and was told the best way to rectify issues was via email and lodge an online request. All communication was via email but it could’ve taken one 3 minute phone call. I got a cursory “sorry for the inconvenience” but no real apology for the fact that I had to follow up, not use the bed until the parts were provided and collect the parts with nil compensation. I was offered for the parts to be posted but needed them within the week - and the customer service people wouldn’t answer my question of “will I have the parts by Friday”. Won’t buy from B2C again due to poor customer service.
Really disappointed first time buyer.

Bought a shelving unit online. Collected unit to only discover was the extension unit not base unit. Returned and exchanged. Base unit was unable to be assembled due to incorrect diameter holes drilled in uprights. Quality very poor and needed experience to re drill holes etc. Very disappointing and considering price extremely angry. Would NOT recommend

Strange scenario where I purchased the furniture, had it sitting in the packaging for 12 months, then moved into my new house and assembled. There was an issue with a part (from my own doing). Customer Service resolved (on a weekend) and never asked me once about the lengthy period between 'purchase date' and 'request for help' date. Seriously impressed by that. As impressive is the actual furniture. Very happy with this company. Great Service. Great Product.

We are happy with quality of the product but they have terrible customer service. Hard to contact them to check the status of the bedside table we've purchased a while ago.

After paying for the items and delivery cost I was then told 'Onus is on the receiver to follow tracking information and be available for the delivery' but then they did not show on the scheduled date with no further updates until the next morning where even when someone was home all day they apparently 'made an attempt' then take it to a third party for me to pick up myself.

Bought the Paris Grey Occasional Chair - was initially slow to get updates from their courier, but the chair showed up as promised. When I opened the box, I found that one of the side pieces was broken - B2C were absolutely brilliant in getting back to me quickly and offering options for supplying a replacement side piece. Solid service recovery, very happy customer!

Couldn't work out how to review the actual product on their website, but if anyone is looking at the Paris Grey Occasional Chair - the fabric is a bit lighter than the pictures suggest. Additionally - follow the assembly instructions *to the letter*, especially the part about not tightening screws until everything is in place! Paying attention to that bit would have saved me at least 30 minutes and significant frustration. ;)

We bought a single bed with trundle. The order has arrived in less than a week. The quality of the furniture is great despite a couple of scratches and tiny marks. Putting it together takes so long and requires two people. It would be helpful if the instructions are clearer and the necessary holes has been screwed already like any ikea furniture. Overall, very happy with the quality and the design of the furniture.

I purchased a dining table from B2C furniture and had planned to pick it up myself. After arriving at the warehouse, to my embarrasment and disappointment (and despite thinking I got my measurements right at home), it wouldn't fit in the boot!
Thankfully after a very rapidly answered phone call, the staff were able to change my order to delivery and organise an extremely prompt drop-off, with zero hassles. I am very impressed by the level and quality of the service, to say nothing of how nice the table is! I highly recommend them.

Pretty good experience although a few little things, one of my items had a factory fault on the finish and another item arrived damaged but I'm guessing that was down to the delivery company. I must add B2C are working on a replacement and offered me a discount on the finish.

Purchased two bedside lockers. They look great, are of good quality and were fairly priced. Customer service was fantastic. Thank you Chris and the team.

We adore our Rome bed and bedside tables that we received from B2C furniture. We ordered on a Monday night, received a call the next day and everything was delivered on the Friday. Everything is excellent quality and as solid as we expected. One of the bedside tables has a dint in the top and the draw is hard to use but the other one is perfect (not complaining, just letting you know!). Each item was a bit of a task to put together, and definitely required two people, we'd recommend getting a drill. Once we had a drill, it was a thousand times easier and quicker. Really pleased with our experience, would purchase again and would recommend to others! Thanks!

I ordered a bedside table from this company, it was exactly what I was looking for, similar tables were up to 4 times more expensive at other places. Very soon after placing my order, I received a courtesy call from a lovely lady to go over everything, it arrived 3 days later, very quick and easy to assemble, easy instructions. I loved it so much, I got straight back online and ordered another one. I would definitely recommend this company.
