We were complete novices prior to reaching out to Axton for advice on our first home loan. From the initial virtual meeting we felt comfortable with both Clint & Luke, who were incredibly patient with our lack of knowledge and unique family situation. Their ability to communicate all possible options was easy to follow and taught us a lot through the process.
We never waited more than a day or two for a response from any of the Axton team which I have been told is a frustration of people going through brokers. Luke even reached out during the preapproval period to see how we were progressing and whether he could be of any help (they also offer other services to aid in the buying process). Once our property was purchased Luke worked with the third parties to resolve finance almost without our need to intervene.
