From the first point of contact, Ann was promt, friendly and very upfront about the process of having our broken window replaced. Rod came out the next day and was just as lovely to deal with. He explained what we needed to know and was able to replace the window on the spot. I highly recommend Axle Glass as a friendly and professional business and will engage their services again when needed.

I chose Axle because their quote was the most comprehensive, I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and there wouldn't be extra hidden costs. Initial quote turned out to be spot on after the first site visit. Two panes of glass were replaced - from the outside (I couldn't be home) using a ladder (first floor). I anticipated some clean up, but there wasn't a single skerrick of glass or even dust left behind. Professional, precise, good price and great to deal with. I'm very happy that I chose them for the job.

It's not easy finding a Glazier that will work on Antique Furniture. From the first contact by phone Ann was polite, professional and accommodating.

They asked for photos, provided a quote based on photos within 24 hours and booked repairs and completed the entire process within 7 days! And at the busiest time of the year too!

Had a broken window pane replaced 3 months ago, but wanted to wait before heavy rain before I did a review.
Firstly, Ann was very helpful when I initially phoned the coy.and gave lots of advice, inc on Low E glass, which in the end we decided on not using. Rod did the install and was also very pleasant and professional to deal with.
Axle Glass gave the cheapest of 3 quotes, though that's not why we chose them. One coy.even said we would need to pay for scaffolding on top of the glass replacement cost (the window is about 1.5 storeys high) which I thought was a bit unnecessary, and Rod managed to do the replacement on his own with a ladder.
I would certainly use this company again.

Had a large pain in a wooden frame broken. Had an over the phone quote and all time deadlines when made. Rob also did a minor repair on the frame to conceal some damage, the window looks good as new. Very friendly and professional, 5 stars

The WORST service ever! Sorry, let me rephrase: there was no service at all. They promised to fix our glass for about 17 weeks in a row, promises after promises, and never got the job done!
Unfortunately there were not a lot of glaziers in the area to do that particular job, otherwise I would have never wasted my time over such an unreliable people. Simply the worst service I have experienced in Australia in the past 10 years.

Had my shattered bathroom cathedral glass window replaced by Axle Glass. Chose them as they quoted the most competitive price. Ann and Rob were very patient and professional with discussing available options. Rob was on time and cleaned up all the broken glass. Happy with my new glass window and the overall customer experience. Highly recommended.

Needed a large custom floor to ceiling mirror made and installed. Sent Axle Glass the measurements via email with a photo. Received a quote same day. Mirror made and installed at the promised time. Mirror looks great. Very happy with the whole process.
