Contractors Beware! Our company was engaged by this company to wire an 80 Amp Three Phase Hot Flow Oven, wire in a new 160 Amp Distribution switchboard along with multiple other electrical outlets. Works were completed to the customers satisfaction. The customer was invoiced in July 2015 with 30 day end of month payment terms. Payment was never made. When we called their office in Clayton for payment, we asked for accounts payable. Their receptionist asked who it was and why we were calling. We were always put on hold and never put through to accounts. We were told the account team would call us back. They never once returned our calls. We sent multiple emails, statements and resent invoices multiple times. They never replied to one email or returned a call. It got to a point in November where we called them every day. We eventually got through to accounts and we were told that the Director Geoff had not granted the invoice for payment. We were not given a reason why. We were told that we would be phoned back by the end of the day with a payment date. We were never called back. We chased them time and time again after this and were were told by reception that the accounts department were in meetings and would return our call. They never did. We will continue to call on a daily basis, upon which once paid we will remove this review from Google.
