Plain rude! Absolutely pathetic 'customer service'. Not what I expect, especially as an account holder.
On top of the blatant rudeness, they told me they don't cut the cable (I needed 20 metres) and tried to sell me 100m instead unlike all the other AWM and other wholesalers I use who are more than happy to cut and sell per metre.
