One of the most rude encounters I’ve ever had with a store employee! I was enquiring a wall mounted exhaust fan on the phone, when I asked the guy named (tim or Tom) what type of mounting style was it, I was told “I don’t know man, do you want me to come install it for you Aswel? ”. As if I was asking an impossible question! Ive bought from many AWM always had helpful people this guy was beyond rude and also questioned my qualification! Quoting “are you even a sparky”. No person like this should be working for a organisation that depends on item knowledge and professionalism!

Store manager is rude and arrogant.after 6 years of being an account holder with AWM ill be taking my custom to the pink branded shop
