Ive seen similar circumstances in these reviews and they seem to still have this recurring issue. I also called to ask about a product but the helper in a lazy manner went to the back to look for it. He spend around 10 minutes and came back saying that no more of the product was available. I asked why he took so long and he just made an excuse. At least he had the decency to do something otherwise some just don't seem to care. Overall quality of staff need improvement.

Just thought I’d post this again because apparently my review got deleted.
Called in to ask about a product and the old guy couldn’t understand (for whatever reason) and I said I’ll just come in store myself, then he goes you can’t do that, I asked why not he replies “we don’t sell to public or something about appointments, then I asked again about my product and he started using profanity, and hung up on me.
Am very disgusted by the customer service and how can someone even work there with that attitude. So for that reason when I come in store and see you, grandpa, you better have your walking stick ready:)

Ordered cable - first time was my mistake - requested if I could take back - they said no - second time - triple confirmed that it was 10 mm cable - they stuffed up the order and send me 6mm cable - Be careful when you order if they make a mistake they will stuff you around.the only reason I would go there is because they are open on Saturdays.

It's annoying I'm forced to go here because they have stock of what I need. The customer service is woeful. They must get dizzy rolling their eyes everytime a customer arrives to be served. Except the lady and the red head guy they're really friendly. I guess I'll be back

Fantastic service, not to mention how pleasant David was to deal with although not the best sense of humour. Still outstanding service, would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic experience recently dealing with AWM Clayton when looking for some down lights. I purchased less than $100 worth of stock (great prices) and was given the service you wouldn't normally expect from a business for such a small amount. They were extremely courteous and helpful on the phone including prompt follow up and free delivery. Thanks very much.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company in my life. I had to deal with someone in their credit department after so many hassles. He was disrespecful and just a grumpy and awful person to deal with. Unbelievable! Beware of dealing with this outfit. Go down the road if you have the option, it is not worth the risk.

Won't be going back. I was waiting for a long time because the counter staff were more interested in using their phones or talking to each other instead of serving a customer. Awful service so I won’t be returning & ill be shopping at the next store over

The bloke that served me was rude and unhelpful, the poor service I had received from him was all made up from Jake's winning smile and dazzling good looks. Great catch for any girl, the whole package really. I will definitely be going back for his service, just a top bloke in general.

Went two times and both times had the same sales guy. He had an attitude and poor customer service, Never going again.
