Really disappointing experience. If I could give no stars I would.

I had a manicure and pedicure. The lady worked so fast she barely touched my finger nails with the tools. She proceeded to accept more and more people in, when there obviously wasn’t enough staff to cater for us all. This meant that she further cut corners with my pedicure.
See image of the paint job - it’s uneven and there’s paint on my skin which will probably cause the polish to peel off. $85 down the drain!

Most concerning thing is, the same tools are used for every customer without sterilising in between!

Low level quality and customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.

The nail colours and the interactions were beautiful
But my nail chipped and fell off, the lady cut my finger didn't listen when I asked to fix the nail, I asked to fix a nail so they proceeded to ruin the other nails to make it look the same. They wouldnt let me have the length nails I wanted (I asked for short and they said no we do long nails they're better) I wanted short. I asked them instead of gold to do pink and they over and over gave me gold not pink. The nails were all different lengths and I asked a few mutual friendly questions about how they learnt how to do nail tech And they just looked at me and told me off

They missed all edges on all my nails, she made me change what I wanted bc my nails was apparently too short for a French tip

Terrible! I asked for a price for new acrylic nails and shellac’ - the female nail worker gave me a price of $55 then, after I had accepted the price & moved to sit - she changed the price - to which I made a move to leave - saying ‘no’. She then reiterated the $55 & proceeded to remove the old nails’. While soaking’ she made a phone call & another female appeared - trying to ‘strong-arm’ me into paying more! I said: ‘Are we arguing over the price? Well, no - I’ll just leave it there! ’ - and I left.

I came in with my friends, 3 of us wanted nails, one wanted toes done, they didn’t understand what 2 of my friends were saying after they showed photos, i sat down for mine, they turned out absolutely horrible and nothing like the picture and by the time i was done, my friends getting the pedi only just got served, please do not come here, this is the one time i wish i could give 0 stars

Terrible experience male owner was rude to his staff and tried to overcharge the customer then blamed the worker for something she didn’t even do, he tried to use the ‘ language barrier ‘ but when the customer stuck up for the worker he did not like being challenged on this he argued and was rude would not go here!

They are absolutely awesome at this place. Their sns nail work last 3-4 weeks and stays in great condition. Love coming to this place and they have an amazingly clean beauty parlour too. Their prices are great. Will continue coming here for a long time. Thank you.

I’m so dissatisfied and upset with the service here. Last time my SNS was so thin it cracked in one day and this time my toes were cut and bleeding and after asking for a dark red SNS manicure, I got a very bright red/pink that I hate. I was reassured that when the manicure was finished the colour would be like the one I chose but it wasn’t and when I tried to say that it wasn’t right, I was choerst into sticking with it. I’ve tried to support this business because it’s my most local one. But I have waisted my money there, in fact I feel like I’ve been totally ripped off. I will never go back there again.

Horrible experience
Very rude
No hand massage or moisturiser done after nails not even cuticle oil would think being socked in acetone for nearly an hour they would have offered a moisturising service.

Money worth the service, cheap. Won’t be back.

Got a set of acrylics and shellac, such great quality I love them. This will be my new regular nail salon.

Showed up early and was treated with no respect. Asked for a simple stilleto shape, to which she tried to push coffin and then continued to ask me photos for reference to what a stiletto shaped nail is. Left with a crooked middle nail, to which I repeatedly asked her for to fix, she blatantly refused. This place is horrible.

Save your time and money, buy some popcorns or Tim tams will much worthy then spending money in here. I asked for removing my sherlock, they seem like they couldn't afford anything and put just tiny remover for your fingers to sink in. They are also using a heat conducting bowl with boil water surround it to make sure you get burn and uncomfortable. Not to mention the long waiting time and how terrible the skills the staff have. My nail are left uneven surface and thin which leave my fingers hurts when little pressure is placed on the nails. My fingers was cut TWICE and with BLOOD because the staff is too busy on chitchatting with others when she clearly doesn't acquire the skills of multi-tasking nor concentrating.

They can even manage the simplest thing, which is the shaping of nails.

Save your money and stay away from it.

I have been going to Avy Nails Karingal for years and I have never had a problem love Avy Nails

The nails I asked for were done at half the length and half the width. The girl rushed my nails. They weren’t even straight. Three of my nails were almost pointing up to the sky and said it was how my nails grew. Overpriced as well. Wasn’t worth what I paid. Went to US perfect nails in Karingal hub not even 20 minutes later and they fixed them up like brand new. Not overpriced. The girls really take care of you. Make sure you are happy not rushed. Never again will I go to Avy nails

I finally found my nail salon, I went to Karingal Avy but they closed due to Covid, now I am happy that I found my girls in the Mornington salon, can't wait until they open again in Karingal but for the time being I am happy to drive 30 minutes

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY! I went here to get some sns nails done in late November, and they all fell of a week and a half in! When I had them done 3 different people did them and I was constantly telling them that they missed that nail as the person who swapped over with them didn’t tell them what nail they where up to! They also had hair set into the sns which was down right discussing!
I contacted the salon via Facebook but only heard back on the 15 of jan! They told me to come in so they could look at them but because they took sooo long to reply they obviously weren’t on anymore they refused to redo them or give me some money back. I was nothing but polite and respectful in my message and they just blocked me on Facebook so I now can’t write a review! I have had meany different salons do my nails in the past and this one was absolutely awful
Also the messages where so badly typed I couldn’t even understand half the time!

Full set of SNS, the technician didn't cover my entire nail down the sides of my nails. 2 nails broke within 3 days and i was a bit hesitant about the cleanliness as I came in at 9am and the nail files were already dirty. Won't be going back, really unhappy with the finished product
