Great place to be! Motivating vibes! Friendly and welcoming staff that know their stuff. Vinay is a great coach that will push you to greatness. And Luke is a great physician that will fix any injury that stands in the way of greatness.
Always guaranteed to get the results I'm looking for seeing the whole team at Avia, especially Luke, who is constantly able to fix my ailments! The general feel of the gym is so friendly too, its very welcoming.

At Avia Performance you get the best of both worlds. The team specialises in strength and conditioning as well as musculoskeletal therapy. Staff are always super friendly and love some good banter! This is what has kept me coming back for many years.

Vinay and Luke at Avia have provided me with a really professional, yet friendly and welcoming environment to train in. I get weekly programming and coaching with strength and powerlifting goals, as well as physio treatments, however other members have really different goals and the place caters just as well to them. The gym has all the equipment I need, as well as after access hours, so it’s perfect for my busy schedule. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great place to get your injuries sorted. Been seeing Luke for a few years now. When ever I've had an injury (lower back, knee, shoulder and forearm) Luke always has a solution. Couldn't reccomed these guys enough.
