Nothing but problems with their OEM branded AVE lights. Support is terrible, spare parts are not supported once the warranty period is up and turn around time is atrocious. Constant problems with poor support

Hi James,
Just saw your email with disappointment again!

Firstly, Yesterday I already instructed our head office and all team members to stop dealing with your company from now on unless you or your boss apologize for your slack 'tactic' in the deal making it hard in almost every process. Actually, after reading my last email I hope you can point out that what I described was not correct so you can defend your 'delays'. I told Lachlan if that 14 extra boxes order sounds so hard for you, just keep the same or less, give me whatever you have then cancel the rest.no problem but I am running out of time.
Secondly, Just wondering what harassment is. I did not swear or even complain at your place, simply mentioning my disappointment of wasting my 2 days' time for unknown reasons with my over 60K distance drive as well, implying you are not helpful without any sense of guilt and professionalism. I simply admit that my involvement with stress is the biggest mistake this year and we should never place a big order again based on Lachlan's feedback. You were good at handling small orders. During the contact, neither side used any offensive words at all at that stage. I even organized 40 seat bus going to your place to pick up those 54 boxes at 10 am this morning. The off-putting taste started from your phone call during my drive and complaint to my partner that demonstrated your value and practice style so differently with us. It gets on my nerve so I canceled the order under your threat before I even got back to the office.
Thirdly, During the visit to your showroom, I happened to find that we could have much more potential cooperation on lights, truss, fog machine.as we build nearly 100 studios a year nationwide. Now the chance is gone. I still need to thank you for our new opportunity with someone else delivering the cheaper and better product to our Brisbane branch for free. Hope you are brave enough to forward this email to your business owner or CEO.

Be careful when you fix with them. They will not tell you the whole situation and honest with the service quote.

Don't buy from these guy's.customer support sucks bigtime! Impossible to talk to a tech, only the sales guy is available. I just needed a service manual for a repair.they said all they can do is provide me with details of how to send it to their tech with a charge of 80 dollars and that's before they repair anything.
Companies like Fender and Marshall provided me with their circuit diagrams free of charge mainly because they want their products to to remain up and running and on show which is good for their sales. I Contacted AVEcorp and asked for service diagrams and the reply was "Tech is not allowed to answer, Boss wants people to pay for his time" This was after I purchased a preamp from them for a Fusion10s subwoofer which was faulty. They said their tech guy doesn't have any diagrams! It's impossible that a technician would 'wing it' without a diagram for such a huge company.the new preamp was also faulty. How long and how much money does it take to email a circuit diagram pdf file? I had no problem with Mackie, talked to there tech guy direct.no charge!
