Had a lovely dinner with my son and my daughter in law! I was gobsmacked with the delicious food and the service was impeccable. Service was great and extraordinary! We definitely recommend and will come back! This is a go to restaurant!

It’s an amazing experience today with avtar. Me and my cousin just had a dinner with them. Which was really nice and tasty. Highly recommended. Front staff was very professional.

My girlfriend and I had a beautiful experience in this place. We just came from the cinema and booked a table here. We were greeted by a lovely lady and escorted us to our table.
There were already a big group of family celebrating a birthday. We had our order served quickly and the serving is very generous. While we were enjoying our meal, this nice and very kind lady who approached us and said that she has taken care of our tab! We had a yummy meal free from this angel! Bless her!

Delectable Indian food, I would highly recommend their Tandoori Chicken or Chicken Biryani. That is only 2 of many other incredible dishes they have. A very neat space and good service. Some of my favourite Indian in Melbourne, I would highly recommend.

Best Indian Restaurant in the area, we went for a dinner on a Tuesday night and it was really busy.
After the service and the food it was very evident why it was so busy.
Unbelievable flavours the service was outstanding and very attentive staff.

Avatar is a great indian restaurant for dine-in or take-away! The staff were kind and friendly and the food came quickly. Everything was delicious from drinks to desserts and there is lots of parking spaces on the main road and side streets near the restaurant. Prices were reasonable and overall it was an amazing place!

Went on 14th, have been before, but on this occasion, my partner who had a chicken mango has spent most of today, 15th suffering from food poisoning. These things can happen, but disappointed today when I called the restaurant and discussed my concern but was met with a dismissive response, no other complaints therefore your concern is not valid. I reject this attitude. I wont be back.

I visited here for dinner with a friend. We were delighted by the authentic Indian main course. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive. Morever, staff is very caring and polite. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner.

Have ordered takeaways numerous times from this Indian restaurant which never disappoint. Decide to dine-in today, all the curries are delicious especially butter chicken, definitely one of the best in Melbourne.

- Kadhai paneer was shocking. No one adds peas in Kadhai paneer
- food didn’t taste fresh

- they don’t glad wrap the plastic containers having curries and because of that all food spilled in car
- their staff and manager were rude when complained about it

Good tandoori chicken highly recommend & I ordered chilli baby corn & requested more onions but it come with more mix vegetables like broccoli, flat bean mushroom ect, I like the taste but they name it differently not chilli baby corn.

Awesome place to have a party, staff and food is simply mouth watering. Must visit place. 5 star from us
